Hotel is super clean no smoke smell and brand new.
And the hardware are of quality and good workmen ship. Will last long!
Rooms are spacious with separate toilet and bath. Bath floor is anti slip which is very essential for elderly. Beautiful design!
Oxygen and humidity provided with a mini fridge!
Welcome gifts are delivered by the cute robot with delicious almond and sweet raisins!
Every morning they asked how was our night! The bed is super comfortable not like those lousy spring beds in more expensive hotels!
Plenty of restaurants around and BEST is just opposite the town square where lots of activities going on. No need to take taxi.
They are very concerned about your wellbeing and asked if we are ok after every visit to higher attractions!

GGuest UserWe had a fabulous time at this hotel in Tashkurgan! The room was spotless and we have a view of the snow capped mountains. Lovely sleep and it was equipped with everything we need. Also had dinner in the hotel, which was really good, with special tea on the house. There was also a whole box of dried fruits and a lovely note to welcome us in the room.
The best part of the stay was the photography tour to Golden Grassland to see sunrise, which the guesthouse arranged for any guests who are interested with their lovely staff. Najia came with us and he taught us how to capture the perfect shot and helped us take many gorgeous photos too!! Also, I was caught in the rain in town and when I text the hotel for help, Qiaojie kindly drove over to pick me up!!
Breakfast in the morning was a very good spread, and when the coffee machine ran out, the lovely receptionist Guli made me a special cup from the restaurant.
There were also oxygen tubes available in the room for whomever that needed it (we didn’t at all). Overall it was a really really wonderful stay, the hotel is a short walk to the Main Street but I must say the 5 stars are for the super friendly helpful and warm staff and we would totally recommend this hotel to anyone coming through Tashkurgan!

GGuest UserThis is my second time in Tashi County. I crossed the Shata Ancient Road during the day and had a slight headache due to the high altitude. Fortunately, each room in the Gemei Hotel where I stayed was equipped with an oxygen concentrator. After breathing oxygen for half an hour, the symptoms were immediately relieved. The hotel environment is good, the bedding is comfortable, and it is a very pleasant stay.

HHelendandanThe hotel exceeded my expectations. All the hotels I booked in southern Xinjiang were excellent. I booked this hotel because the room had oxygen, and I was worried about altitude sickness for my children. The room also had two queen beds, making it perfect for a family trip. The room facilities were excellent. Although it only had three floors, there was an elevator, so I didn't have to worry about altitude sickness when carrying luggage. It's very dry in Tashi County, so I had to use a humidifier at night.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk service was excellent. As we had booked three rooms, the front desk staff kindly provided us with complimentary breakfast and even some discount coupons. Although the front desk was extremely busy during check-in, with many guests, the process was surprisingly quick and efficient, and their service attitude remained consistently excellent. They also offered great recommendations for local dining spots. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous. Especially for Taxkorgan, it was outstanding, featuring delicious Tajik milk tea, local yogurt salad, and tasty breakfast noodles. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with excellent hygiene. A fantastic bonus was that each room came equipped with an oxygen concentrator.

They also provided helpful tips and route suggestions for the surrounding area of Tashkurgan County, and even gave us a small welcome gift, which was a heartwarming experience. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, responding promptly to every request, whether it was room service or restaurant service. Furthermore, the front desk staff were not only attractive but also incredibly helpful and attentive, making for a truly thoughtful and caring experience.
The hotel rooms were spacious and bright, fully equipped with convenient smart phone systems, soft and comfortable bedding, and clean, tidy bathrooms with high-quality toiletries. The gym and laundry room were all well-equipped and very clean and tidy, making them very convenient. The bedding was also highly recommended, making for a very comfortable sleep.
The Pamir Atour Hotel's breakfast was rich and varied, featuring a combination of Chinese and Western buffets, as well as local specialties, catering to every taste. Platinum members also enjoyed exclusive late-night snacks, such as late-night porridge, which provided a warm and satisfying welcome after a tiring journey. The Zhongbahu Market and Golden Grass Beach behind the hotel were also a bonus!

GGuest UserGood reviews! The location of the hotel is amazing. You can see the magnificent Pamir Plateau scenery of Tashkurgan County as soon as you go out. In the morning, when you open the window, the sun shines on the top of the continuous snow-capped mountains. The picture is so beautiful that it is suffocating. Here, you can enjoy the unique natural scenery of Tashkurgan County while lying in bed. This experience is great!

The facilities are also good, parking is convenient, hygiene is good, and the bath water is very hot. It feels like it's mainly for reception groups, and individual travelers need to book in advance.
