設施陳舊，服務粗糙，早飯難吃，就是個陳舊的motel

The facilities are old, the service is rough, the breakfast is unpalatable, it's just an old motel

房間大小還OK，交通很便利，去市中心打車很方便，早餐一般，沒有看到服務員，早晨時間有人敲錯了門，下了一跳

The size of the room is OK, the transportation is very convenient, it is very convenient to take a taxi to the city center, the breakfast is average, I didn't see the waiter, someone knocked on the wrong door at the morning time, and I got off

Absolutely no complaints. The location and architecture was pretty. Unfortunately that we came during Covid but they handled everything very nicely. Wouldn’t say the style was the latest and most flashy but that did not compromise on our experience.

The hotel is very good, small villa, I live on the second floor, the front desk said the Filipino waiter, great.

Management talks via small opening in a window like talking to people in prison. Room has some wearied  smell. Bed sheets smell. Upon reporting the issue no ack from management and action taken. Break fast is a joke --- not sure if it is called free break fast buffet. Again break is delivered like in prison you knock on a window they give brown bag with some stuff .  Does not greet customer -- just open small opening in a window and you speak like a prison visit.
