Although it is an older motel, it was in an extremely well maintained condition and very clean. The desk clerks were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Employees all spoke English and the free breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in recent years. Room was very clean and in fairly good shape. Unfortunately Wyndham, the operating company cuts corners. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall, the sink facet was not secured to the counter, moved around, to get hot water you had to move the lever to the right, which is backwards to the usual, I suspect lines were hooked up wrong. The toilet was not caulked around the floor. The wall directly behind the waste basket was extremely dirty. With just a little care all these little thing could be fixed. Wyndham seems to let their less expensive hotels get run down. On the plus size your dog is welcome, it was quiet and linens were fresh. Top floors were quieter than bottom floors. The pool however was not usable! Top floors
