Friendly check in lady. Room smelled like old stale cigarettes, noisy from interstate below. Pictures on website are deceiving. Old outdated hotel. Clean, comfy bed and pillows and bathroom but had trouble with the smell. Breakfast was a joke, cereal and muffins, coffee, tea, watered down juice that's it. Check out lady was nice. I usually don't do reviews but this was a must. We should have known it was bad when going up around hill was an abandoned gas station.

Motel looks to be going through a remodel. For the price, it is a nice stay. The room could of been cleaner. Windows were disgusting, looked like coffee splashed down the bathroom wall by the garbage. There was only one garbage can that was in the bathroom. When i went to make coffee in the room, the coffee pack was left from the previous guests. No toilet paper holder to hold it on the wall. The staff was super friendly however. The old gas station on the way up the hill to it should be torn down, terrible eye sore.

Stayed at the Quality Inn in Mount Vernon Kentucky in August 2023. The room was clean, and this was my second stay since 2020. Had some similar issues in 2020. Here is my experience: • Requested first floor on reservation, but was given a second floor room. There is no elevator. I also reserved a king size bed, and got two queen beds for only one person. • Desk chair missing • Only one trash can • Room smelled of smoking, but was a non-smoking room • No toilet paper holder that keeps the toilet roll from falling off the wall • No soap, bar holder in the bathtub • Room appeared to be remodeled, but had these easy to fix problems • Bed was comfortable • TV worked • Internet was very slow. So I used my smart phone as a hotspot. • Swimming pool was out of order Not sure if I would stay here again, especially since they charged more for the room than the quality of the room. I suggest that the owners apply QUALITY to their rooms and reservations.

We just needed a place to sleep as we were passing through. Decent hotel for the price. Room was clean & comfortable. Bath needs some attention but was in proper working condition. Cold, grab & go breakfast including bagels, toast, English muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee, & cereal. Pizza Hut next door had a great pizza. Would definitely stay here again. Very friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful views from hotel.

My family just needed a decent place to stay for the night as we traveled south to Florida. The place is much more worn down than the pictures show. Pics must be at least 10 years old. The room seemed decently clean but the bedding was absolutely disgusting. The white bedspreads were covered in dirt, yellow spots and dried blood. I can’t even imagine how a housekeeper could make the bed with this dirty bedding and feel good about themselves. We went to the front desk and asked for clean bedding and all they had were clean top sheets. We made due for the night but I wasn’t happy. The breakfast is a joke. Everything was broken and empty 2 hours before it ended. No cups for coffee or juice. No bowls for the cereal. Worker said they were all out. Basically the only thing you could eat were waffles but the line was 10 deep for the waffle maker. Stay away from this dump.

Stayed here upon entry a old gas station with no windows and graffiti, inside room no toilet paper, nast microwave with cockroaches, bed looked like remade, cockroaches in corner of room, trash can full never Emptied outside. No hot breakfast as advertised but coffee and juice with bagels wrapped in plastic and cereal some yogurt. See pictures room next to me a veteran also had shower back up around there ankles as well as there toilet I guess I drew the good room. Very sad. How can manager just keep making excuses? This is not right praying on interstate travelers. Do not stay here and don’t give up you credit card.
