Pros:
● The staff was nice and friendly for the most part.
● Complimentary breakfast and the hours for breakfast.
● Complimentary snacks & coffee.
Cons:
● Hotel can use a few updates / renovations. (i.e. better quality towels & wash clothes)
● The refrigerator was extremely loud.
● The room doors slam very loudly.
● When allowing pets - Vacuum & clean more due to pet hair and odor.
● Worse Part - The elevators stopped working and we were on the 4th floor with my elderly mother who has problems walking up and down stairs. So, it took a while to get her down the stairs and she was in pain and agony afterwards.

This property was amazing! Me and my family stayed for new years and loved it! The room, the pool, the breakfast, the decor and of course all the staff was amazing especially Mary. We will stay again if we are in the area again.

The room was big and it was great. The lobby was freezing cold when we checked in as was the elevator each time we used it. The staff were very warm and friendly. The bed was too soft and the pillows too fluffy. Also the tv was not a smart tv and didn’t provide information on the shows. I was very disappointed with the tv but I enjoyed my trip with my husband overall. Wish they had done something to acknowledge New Years Eve

Wow! Great breakfast! Hampton Inn’s usually have a good breakfast but this Hampton was an A+. They had everything just right.
