Unpleasant Stay
Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to multiple issues encountered during my stay.
Firstly, the room lock became demagnetized three times in just one day, causing significant inconvenience. This recurring issue disrupted my plans and added unnecessary stress to my stay. More concerning was the lack of adequate assistance from the hotel staff. When I found myself locked out of my room in the morning, the staff refused to provide any help, which I found both unprofessional and disappointing.
The combination of faulty room security and unhelpful service led to a very unpleasant experience.

Cozy, close to the Lake Siskyou and peaceful. Only a couple minute drive into the scenic city of Mt Shasta. Nature envelopes the chalets.

Highly recommend
Loved our stay! The snow was picture perfect! Loved having the kitchen to make breakfast. Ate at the restaurant as well, really good service and good. The cabin was clean and cozy. Enjoyed a short hike around part of the lake, the lake was frozen and gorgeous!

The two most important things were that the bed was excellent and we were able to find a room in Mt. Shasta that didn't previously have pets in it. I had to call five hotels just to find a pet free room. The shower was less than stellar and I didn't use it. The front desk closes at 8:00 so we never saw a live person coming or leaving.

Excellent overall but if I can give one advice to the owners- update the shower. Would be 4 star then.
