A/C is dated in would not go below 70 degrees most of the time. One mattress would sink so I took that one and let wife and daughter take the other. Partial refund should be provided with these basic necessities I was charged for.

Was not able to check in. Arrived at 3pm no staff at counter waited 25 minutes and still staff was not available. As I was leaving 2 employees are entering, I asked what was happening and was informed that they were having a break and to come back in a hour. I expect to be refunded for the charge ! If I do not receive the refund I’m prepared to take legal action.

Was in a great and convenient location! 10 min drive to downtown Charleston, but also super close to Patriots Point and to Mt Pleasant amenities. Friendly staff and nice rooms

Staying at this location was easy to get to Charleston on one side and Isle of Palms on the other side. Lots of places to eat. We were on the 3rd floor and was very quiet as the hotel seemed to be quiet full. The beds was very comfortable. They do have a restaurant at this facility but we didn't eat there. We wanted to see what was available in the city.

This hotel was great especially for families with kids. It was very convenient between DT Charleston, the beaches, and Shem's Creek. The room was great, but it seemed that room service was only every other day. We also thought there breakfast included but found you had to pay extra. Overall, a great stay!

The room needed much better solid pillows . They are too soft . Also, the bathroom needs a long shelf underneath to put bath items . And more hooks . And one elevator was broken . We had to wait way too long for the elevator every time . The staff was very nice .

I like the property, just one suggestion. It would be beneficial to install electric vehicle charging stations. I had to drive 20 minutes for the nearest station.

No hot water
We stayed Monday to Thursday. There wasn't any hot water. Surely it is fixed by now. Otherwise nice hotel.
