The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby and hallways had a pungent smell however the room didn’t smell.

I wish I could leave zero stars. My issue with this hotel started Nov. 12 when I called the customer service line to cancel. The event I was supposed to come into town for has been cancelled so there was no need for me to have the hotel. The customer service representative I spoke to told me that the hotel would cancel the reservation and provide me with a full refund. Only after being told that did I agree to cancel my reservation. If I had known I wouldn't receive a refund, or that the refund was going to be partial, I would NOT have cancelled. Since then I have called over 6 times to try to get details on when my refund will be issued. I have been told several things by different representatives. Some have told me the refund is processing, others have said I won't be refunded at all, and others have said my refund will only be partial. Choice hotels and the Quality Inn and Suites have ignored my calls, refused to provide me with clear answers, and been generally unhelpful. As it stands on December 16, the last thing I was told was that I would receive a partial refund for everything except the first night. My reservation was for 3 nights - 5 rooms. Not being refunded for the first night for all these rooms means I'm losing nearly $400. Again, I would not have agreed to cancel if I had not been promised a full refund. In sum, this hotel has lied to me and essentially stolen my money with their inability to follow through on something THEY promised. If their company is unable to provide full refunds, they should have alerted me of that from the beginning. To anyone reading this, DO NOT book at this hotel. In the event of needing to cancel you will find yourself wasting HOURS trying to get your money back all while dealing with customer sales representatives who will lie to you and fail to communicate clearly.

Reserved a King suite a month in advance. After a very long driving day, arrived and was told they were overbooked and only had queen rooms available. After some arguing, we went to the room, that turned out to be the smallest we have every seen. It only had 1 chair and we had to take turns walking between the desk and bed due to the small size. At dinner, my wife called back to the hotel and they said they had a king room available for $279. We used a combination of points and money to rent the room, which the desk clerk had refused to return either one. The attached picture shows the multipurpose room. Good for doing laundry and eating.

There was only one mirror that was in the bathroom which made it difficult for my sister & I. No mirror in the other part of the room at all. The platform that the mattresses set on were made out of a thin metal. Have never seen this before. Every time we would sit on the bed it made a terrible noisy like slamming an empty metal file cabinet, Getting up did the same. Linens on bed so outdated. Bathtub dirty. Just a place that felt unclean. I would never recommend anyone stay there.

Stay away! First let me say when we checked in the gentleman that checked this in was nice. However when we got up to the room I could tell that my daughter's bed the sheets were from the previous tenants. The shower was not clean, there was hair inside the shower. I doubt the towels were washed as well, since they were just kind of thrown up top. Floor was sticky, and the room smelled like pee. The lotion bottle was used and left , that is disgusting that you couldn't change that out. The cleaning staff is mediocre and the management should be ashamed. The next morning we checked out pretty early so we can get on the road, I come downstairs to get a luggage cart and whoever was working that morning was asleep on the couch. Startled her by bringing the luggage cart inside she gets up looks around goes back to sleep on the couch. Go upstairs I get all our luggage I bring the kids down, we come back through the lobby she's still asleep on the couch, she can hear us coming up she gets startled gets up off the couch, and goes and lays back down. There's no welcoming us there was no how was your stay there was nothing. That does not make me feel safe that the person who's supposed to be monitoring the desk and cameras is asleep on the couch. For $75 at night I expected more. I wanted to stay in a room like this I would have chose a rundown motel somewhere. Don't be fooled on the outside how it looks quite nice the inside is terrible. Emailing corporate and going as high as I can to get my money back for this stay

This is a tired hotel that needs attention. The room was small and cramped. It showed many signs of wear, such as an abandoned television bracket or some such still on a wall, an uncovered wiring receptacle with exposed wiring, and a bathroom exhaust fan that sounded like a jet engine. The internet in my room was unusable, and barely useable in the lobby. When I mentioned this to the front desk persons, they replied that there was a problem with the provider and that they (i.e., hotel staff) were having the same problem. On the plus side, the room was very clean, hot water was abundant, the bed was very comfortable, hot breakfast was ample, and coffee was available late at night.

This place doesn't deserve to be in the Choice Hotel brand. It was the worst experience. The first room was filthy, even the bathroom had not been cleaned. The second room was a little cleaner, but the bathroom door was warped and would not close. The cops were in hallway arresting a guest and the guest was hollering and making a scene. I would sleep in my car before ever staying at this hotel again.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the hotel is under construction but was not made aware when booking. Also they charge your credit card immediately when checking in and we observed the front desk arguing with a guest that wanted a refund. Our queen room was extremely small, no luggage rack for our suitcases, no phone, very dusty and we were told it's under new management. Minimal breakfast served which we did not eat. And I STRONGLY discourage getting ice from the 2nd floor machine, I became so ill later that evening, it was a terrible experience. Lastly, on checkout day, around 9am, housekeeping enter the room without knocking, OMG, we had until 11am to vacate the room. Won't stay there again. It's was very expensive stay and we should be compensated for the conditions the hotel was in. The pictures on the website are deceiving.

This place was a hole. Mold in bathroom. Toilet fithy. Beds had hair and chips in them and suppose to be clean. Got sick from the breakfast. I rather sleep in my car We weren't the only ones with these problems. Never will I stay at Quality Inn again. Just made us sick.
