Family Farmhouse Inn

The inn is a wonderful place to stay when in the Shenandoah Valley. The cottage we stayed in was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The setting is quite peaceful. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this inn

The Family Farmhouse Inn was wonderful for our romantic getaway for Memorial Day weekend! The communication from Julie was great. We stayed in the Aloft which was absolutely perfect for our needs. The backyard was super cute and beautifully landscaped. We loved swinging on the swing and relaxing from all of our adventures from the day. It was quiet and you really don't notice the traffic noise from I-81. I would stay there again, it was a wonderful experience.

Charming cottage was extremely clean with very comfortable bed and couch. Fridge came in handy, and it was easy to view different tv apps/programs. We loved the property and felt like kids playing the games in the yard…what a great set-up with a fire pit and plenty of nice seating! Julie was great and we highly recommend her property.

The sheets are 100% cotton. It was a cold evening, the room had plenty of blankets, the beds were comfortable. Personal touches included a sound machine, allergy resistant pillows, eco-friendly bath products. The farmhouse grounds are beautiful, with a ground checkers game, fire pit. The grounds were well lit at night. I would return to the Family Farmhouse Inn.

Delightful spot in a quaint town. Wonderfully clean, well-appointed room. Some other reviewers mention breakfast, but the new owners don’t provide breakfast. Which is just fine. They do have a Keurig, fridge (with a freezer that WORKS!) plus a microwave, so mornings are just fine on your own. Loved the outdoor space, vegetable garden and just plain sweetness of the place. Kudos.
