No kitchen facility available. Even tea was not available. Flies and mosquitoes teased us. No arrangement of good night or all out even after several requests to the property manager.

Let's start from the location it was in the outskirts very hard to find the location, room were very congested, no wifi, no mobile network, no one picking up the phone at reception, room service guy's were clueless, no parking facility was terrible experience would not suggest you to stay in this hotel.

No food available in surrounding of 1 to 2 km. Even you will not find tea or snacks too.

The experience was amazing staying at deep valley, mount abu. The service and response was very good and fast. It was a memorable experience for me and it is also highly recommended to stay there.
