Bet hotel in mount Abu at very good price most importantly staff is good and rooms are very good specially view from by he rooms are ver beautiful in rainy days food is is the only Concerned that they have only veg food options otherwise quality and taste of food is great

A very bad experience overall, the only positive thing was that the staff was polite and were trying their best. The hotel is understaffed and in a state of disrepair. Rooms are smelly, door handles broken, bedsheets are stained & walls are broken and paint is coming apart. Cannot rate in-house restaurant food as we didn't even order it. The restaurant is a level below the ground, in a dimly-lit and kind of unhygienic area. There is construction work going on in the hotel at the time of writing this review. There are also 2 huskies owned by the hotel, they are nice and playful. Garden is a mess & the location is cramped up near a petrol pump. Also only 5 spots for parking are there. We had bought the most expensive category of rooms there for around per room. Totally not worth it. The hotel staff did allot us a new room when we complained as one of the rooms was just terrible. This hotel was established in 1988 and maybe once was a good play to stay in but definitely not at the time of this review. My advice for people traveling to mount abu would be to get a hotel on arrival as mount abu can be covered in a single day or 2 maximum.

There was no white light in the room. The bed was dirty with cobwebs all over it. Shower didn't work. Bathroom door didn't have a lock. Too many issues with car parking. I was asked to park down the public road. Booked garden view but got building view. Worst stay of my life.

we got room no. 106 firstly when we entered the room it was full with foul smell, we had to ask for room freshner as that smell was unbearable. then we had to leave early so after reaching when we tried using washroom its latch was also broken and we couldn’t use the washroom for atleast an hour moreover their landline wasn’t working we had to again go at the reception and asked to fix everything and had to wait for their engineer to sort that and we got late. then their air conditioner was not working which they must have switched off from their reception and even after calling them thrice and waiting for atleast half an hour they switched it on. the room sofa was not at all clean and usable and was broken as well. their were cobwebs all over the room and lights, bedsheets were not clean and never had such a bad experience. i think should do a survey of all the hotels listed as we purposely booked the luxurious room spending a bit more from there normal rooms but our total experience was pathetic..

Terrible experience, Zero on all aspects , surprised to see 4.5 rating on Trip advisor. It seems to be the paid rating . Zero hygiene, washrooms are in bad shape. old property needs renovation , some professionalism is required to manage the property. Buffet spread was below average . Check the pics you can judge yourself.
