Hotel terrif is high compared to room size and amenities.

The service was very poor. The check in was supposed to be 12 noon ,however, I did not get my room till around 2 PM. The room given was not fully serviced as amenities like tea,/ coffee/ water etc were not replenished fully and I had to ask for same to be topped up. The food ordered was delivered half cooked after 30minutes wait. I returned the food and after 15 minutes it was brought again and had to return as it was still not fully cooked. Ii ended up ordering Domino's Pizza.You cannot call Sterling Mt Abu a 4 star resort. I would be very careful when choosing any further stay at Sterling after this experience. The experience was as if I was staying at a 2 star hotel

I am a sterling Member. It’s safe, hygienic, perfect kids and senior citizen friendly with 100% privacy. All events are very entertaining. Travel desk is very economical. Especially at reception desk Miss Dikcha Rai was so helpful. Since I accompanied with my parents on their 41st wedding anniversary Miss Dikcha arranged a perfect celebration within an hour. Also at dinning zone Miss Priya and Druvi mam were serving like a family member. The Sterling Mt. Abu resort is best to visit all over the year for their hospitality.

Good Spacious rooms; ok views from room; Tasty food, good service; Bit old property however is maintained ok; Swimming pool is away from rooms, about 50-70 steps; location is close to sightseeing points. Daughter loved bathtub relaxing

Sterling mount Abu is best property services is so good and staff is very co-operative and so NYC specially Mahipal and dheeraj . Activity is so good really enjoy at resort room is awesome and food is taste I recommend all please visit this reosft

Recently we visit mount abu for weather and faction we stay in sterling mount abu resort a place where u find pool to play restaurant bar all service with a good price and good location so as a family traveller we highly recommend this place for good service and stay also we meet church in restaurant she take care of our meal for 2 days with smile and her hospitality we spend our holiday at a great resort

Nice Property Cooperative Staff specialy dhruvi in resturant Very good Activitis that keeps u engaged and fun with d family. Food quality is nice and very delicious We also like the buffet in higly recommended their Rajasthani food . Must be visited
