CHEATERS, GREEDY, SCAMMERS They confirmed our booking with advance payment. On reaching hotel, they said rooms were allotted to others by mistake and can not do anything now. Lady named ANJU started talking loudly when we request to do something as we were with kids and family. She just keep saying "Do what ever you want, I can not do anything now". After we came to know that they got higher fair after our booking and did this scam to us. Please do not waste your money and time on these cheaters.

We reached there on 10th Oct afternoon and asked if they can provide us lunch. They said yes and made us waiting for 45 min bcuz cook didn't even come there. I had to ask them 3 times for an update. Finally we went outside for food.
There is no proper staff available and i felt lack of hospitality. They didn't even turn ON the AC, I had to go and tell them at night.
Food was okay. There is no buffet and that free breakfast scheme cost for 2 people is high. Nothing is free 🙂

Food, service, and location were good. However, the room had problems with almost every electronic item - ac, fridge, tv, geyser, and phone - although the staff solved the problems. Ac and geyser control are not in the remote but with the staff. Balcony had a bee hive, which scared us to sit out. Food quantity was less for a typical hakka noodles dish.

Great hospitality and great food. Rooms were clean and staff were on the toes to help their guests. Yes it is 1.5 kms away from main location but if have your on vehicle or scooty its not far. Even the food has a good taste Overall a must considerable.
