We wanted to share a recent experience at the Royale Palace Hotel, which, unfortunately, turned out to be quite disappointing completely contrary to what the name suggests. The condition of the rooms, beds, and furniture was extremely poor. To make matters worse, rainwater leaked through the ceiling, making the stay even more uncomfortable and unpleasant. The breakfast served lacked both quality and taste. The idlis, in particular, were sour and clearly not fresh. Overall, the food did not meet even basic standards. The cold water in the washroom available, but for the hot water we have to daily inform to start and after informing at Reception it will take around 15 to 30 minutes to come hot water in taps and shower. Hygiene was another major concern. Cleanliness was clearly lacking, and to our surprise, dogs were allowed inside the Royale Palace Hotel rooms, a rather inappropriate sight for a place that calls itself a “PALACE.” All in all, we would strongly recommend looking into better-reviewed alternatives before booking a stay here. Not at all recommended for the stay looking to the 3 star rating hotel. Poorest services and hospitality.

It was wonderful experience at royal palace mount abu, we stayed there for 2 nights group of friends enjoyed swimming pool most and their breakfast was also yummy has plenty of options available in menu staff os also very cooperative and never denied for anything during stay big thanks to the royal palace team

We really enjoyed here, all the services mentioned were provided without any objections. The room was clean and neat, the functioning of ac amazed me the most. The staff was humble and helpful. The orders were also taken at 1 a.m. So overall it was a excellent stay, I'll surely recommend one to stay and have a wonderful experience.

Excellent hotel and good for family, Amazing Breakfast for my all 16 family member and special arrangements from hotel Staff. Pool was neet and clean and hotel food was good . Specially thanks to Mr. Haribhai. All was good my best experience in mount Abu.

The Royale palace hotel location is very good and near by main road,room view is very nice to seen greenery around the hotel,hotel staff is very humble and supportive to visit the mount abu various places.
