I have stayed at this hotel over six years and have never had a problem. I’m from here and come home at least once a year. And this was my go to place. But after staying here over this past weekend I will not return. Check it was okay got to the room about 4 pm put our stuff down and left to go see my family since I’m just getting in. Get back to the room about 8pm to relax for a little but about to lay down I realize my bed was dirty. I called down to ask for some sheets to change the bed not even asking the Front desk but later find out she was the manager to change them. I’ve worked at a hotel for over 8 years and a manager so I was trying to be considerate. I could tell she was irritated because I asked for the sheets. But I didn’t ask her to do anything out of her way I even went to get the sheets and her words to me where I made sure this one don’t have hair. Not that I’m sorry that you have to make your own bed because it was dirty and spending a 100 plus a night here. Then when we checked out we received a call about the dirty sheets that we had taken them her words were her housekeeper stated she did not get them from us. But before I left the lady that took the sheets the day before was not there when we left the property that day. But she stated she would watch the cameras okay good which I feel that should have been done before we even received that call to call an accuse someone of taking something when you supposedly have the video so watch it. I will never give this hotel my business because of this one employee/ manager he allows to run his business. And I’ve never written one of these I was a manager/ front desk clerk before. And I also never had service like this. Everyone has there days but this was the whole weekend problems. You live and you learn right I will not be returning or allowing anyone in my family to stay here.
