My Experience with Vichy Thermalia.. I originally came here for just three days… but I ended up staying fifteen. I arrived exhausted, unwell, and overwhelmed. From day one, I felt safe. Not because of fancy words or promises but because of how I was treated. With real care. With kindness. With patience. What this team offers goes far beyond hospitality. You can feel that they work from the heart. There’s nothing forced, nothing superficial — just genuine attention and warmth. I’ve stayed in many high-end hotels, but this experience was different. Here, I wasn’t just looked after physically. They cared for my well-being too and I will never forget that. A heartfelt thank you to Imad, Ismail, Latifa, Meryem,( The hostesses were warm, welcoming and attentive)Imane From the Spa, Khadija, Mehdi, Rabi3, Aya, the wardrobe team (of the Spa)room service (even late at night — I know, sorry!), Housekeeping girls. security at the entrance, and the amazing people behind the scenes. You all made my stay truly special. And if I’ve forgotten a name, please forgive me — I mean every single one of you. These people deserve to be seen, valued, and appreciated. And honestly? They deserve a raise too. And of course, I can’t forget how beautiful the hotel itself is. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are luxurious, and the view between the mountains is truly breathtaking . an oasis of calm and peace.‍♀️⛰️‍♀️ Today, I’m leaving with a lighter heart, more clarity, and deep gratitude. In shaa’ Allah, I Hope I will return one day when I’m at my best Insha Allah. "May Allah protect you all and reward you for the light you bring to others".❤️. This is actually the first time I’ve ever written such a long and detailed review. Not because anyone asked me to but because some experiences deserve to be shared. Quite nice hotels although people need to be aware that facilities are payable. This should be included in the stay as the purpose for the stay is to relax and use the spa which was not.

Disappointing Overall Visit the local thermal pools and 3 star hotels for better service and value. You’ll get the same service and support the community. Lesson learned. I gave the following concerns to the Vichy manager 24 hours prior to our checkout. Confirmed he received the feedback at checkout. He decided not to address the concerns. 1. Broken toilet, 2. Broken trash can, 3, Shower temperature fluctuations are frequent and extremely hot to cold, 4. In room refrigerator doesn’t work. 5. Arguing employees in the spa delayed gaining access to the facilities. After thoughts, the view from the balcony of a small river littered with trash and plastic bottles was almost poetic in showing how little the Vichy brand is concerned about their future reputation and relationships with both their loyal customers and environmental commitments. Not impressed.

Very Good Hotel.... Nice and clean facilities The Hotel is clean with very modern design.

Healthy week-end It was a Wonderful stay specially with the Spa.

Good Very nice facility but if you don't speak French or Arabic , think twice Can't communicate
