Adonis Mougins

The Appart-Hôtel residence is located at the bottom of Mougins, on the edge of Le Cannet. The welcome is warm, the parking within the grounds is a plus and the residence is perfectly secure. In July 2016, the hotel was brand new, all beautiful, but we discovered it eight years later, in April 2024. Our studio needs a refresh. I don't understand how they could have installed wooden skirting boards on a tiled floor. The skirting boards are obviously damaged. The cleaning leaves something to be desired (long hair in the bathroom, dust "bunnies" on the floor and along the wall of the towel dryer, dirt around the hob and sink). The instructions for the dishwasher would be welcome (I have already used this brand in another rental, same problem). We could consider providing a sponge and dishwashing liquid (if only for the table and the kitchen worktop). There is no indoor carpet for studio B107 (Mimosas) while the entrance has no protection, hence the inevitable dirt at the entrance to the studio when it rains. The wifi works but is not secure, it is a public network. Good to know: the room in studio B107 Mimosas is small and, although very comfortable, the bed is attached to two walls (considering its access a little "sporty"). These inconveniences aside, I appreciated the quality of the welcome, the kindness of the staff, the free private parking (rare in the region), the exposure of the apartments, the quality of the bedding, the double glazing which allows a perfect night's rest despite the heavy traffic nearby. I suppose that with the reversible air conditioning, the comfort is the same, even in the middle of summer. My opinion only concerns a three-night stay in April and I am ready to repeat the experience hoping to see an effort in terms of cleanliness. I recommend.

Apartment clean and in good condition. Great Nuxe products for the shower. Comfortable bedding. TV in the living room and in the bedroom. The items in the kitchen were clean (which is rare in this type of residence). The gym has a treadmill, elliptical and bike + gym mat and ball. The sauna is also very good but closes at 7 p.m. and requires reservation (which is not a negative point but you should know). Very friendly staff. Too bad there is no breakfast buffet in winter. 3 mini pastries are served with bread and jam from 9 a.m. (a little late when you come for a business trip). The location is not bad, not far from the highway. But in return, no charm on those around you...
