The reservation number did not work from the customer service call charged in addition to that. The room I took with bathtub. It was a shower. Heating does not work. On the ground floor, no WiFi network.

Small room, sink in the room thanks to the privacy of the toilet. shower and toilet stuck in a cupboard, to sit on the throne it's better to open the door pff. old and the corridors smell musty.

Really very good value for money. We booked a room for 3 people, me, madam, and the 12-year-old, and frankly, value for money, nothing to say for a bb hotel for 3 people, great. Just to spend the night is enough

We are rarely disappointed by this hotel chain. The value for money is there. The bedding is comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast at €8.50 is really interesting (varied, lots of choice, unlimited). Quiet night, easy private parking in front of the hotel.

As a family of 6 for one night, 2 rooms. No surprise for this type of hotel, reception machine, small room with sink in the room and shower area, WC in a cabin also in the room. Clean room but shower cabin handle torn off, doorstop pushed into the partition, stain on sheet not washed in the wash and leftover fast food sauce on window edge otherwise clean room. Access to the city center on foot. Quiet night, comfortable bedding. Breakfast good but avoid the scrambled eggs. Reasonable price. Thanks to the pleasant couple who manage the establishment.

We know this hotel and the people in charge well. This year Julien and Asna are in charge. They are very kind, available, smiling, to be honest they are TOP. Our usual room reserved in advance is very comfortable, particularly for the bedding. The cleaning is always well done. We were not bothered by the noise even though the hotel was full. Asna and Julien, you are wonderful and well in your place. We'll come back.

I reserved 16 rooms in this property in the period between May 17th and 21st. We stayed with participants of the Cannes Fashion Days, an event now in its seventh edition which offers photos, videos and interviews with participants. I know the B&B in Milano Centrale and for this reason I chose this property in the Cannes area. The hotel that we have supported in recent years directly in Cannes has increased the price for two nights in a double room from €250 to over €800. I was shocked. We reported a shower with a hose that didn't hold, the reception took note of it, but didn't fix the problem. I was also waiting for a package with clothes and the reception told me they didn't receive anything. After a day I asked again. According to the tracking code, the package should have been delivered. Later it was rejected despite exact address with guest name. Breakfast always had to be ordered the day before... Conclusion: we will not return to this establishment another year. We did not feel welcome and were treated partially with little regard...
