WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE WANTING TO FEEL SAFE AND SLEEP!!! I am a woman currently staying here alone. Had no sleep last night due to a man phoning my room phone 2:45 am and then being rude unhelpful and aggressive to me. When I called the hotel back myself the same man answered shouting at me in French. When I went to reception for help the same man shouting at me to be quiet I will wake people up after it was HIM who called my room 2:45am. So unhelpful and rude and feel so unsafe here now. Emailed and messaged the hotel for help no one has even replied to me. I am so upset and still have to stay here and no one is helping me. Please don’t stay here if you are a single woman alone.

You want to relax and have a good and quiet lunch? forget this place. You want have an efficient service ? Forget this place. You want to have a good cost culinary ratio ? Forget this place. You want frozen pizzas, overcooked lamb chops high prices and non existing waitress attention. You are at right restaurant. And I forgot the lousy music and the children screaming around you jumping in the nearby swimming pool.

We found this hotel whilst en route to Spain, so a quick overnight stopover. But it was lovely. It felt a bit like the sort of hotel you would see in a 60's film and had a feeling of old style tradition about it. The pool was great and the hotel was very quiet with plenty of sun around the pool. Our room was comfy and had a small balcony, but there was a large tree overhanging it, so we didn't use it: too many mozzies! Not much English spoken here, which I always find refreshing and I enjoyed trying to make my schoolgirl French work! The food in the restaurant was good - maybe a little overpriced, but that is the area it is in I believe. Breakfast was great with a really good selection on offer. Overall we very much enjoyed our stop over - it was a little pricey, but that is the location.

Expérience décevante à l’hôtel de la lune de Mougin En tant que personne qui ne laisse généralement pas de commentaires négatifs, je tiens à partager mon expérience à l’hôtel de La lune de Mougin le week-end du 15/02. Malgré le tarif de 299 euros pour la suite n•2, notre séjour a été décevant. Premièrement, l’accès au jacuzzi était impossible. Ensuite, la chambre était sombre, décorée d’une manière dépassée, avec des toilettes (de type semi broyeur) trop proches du lit (bravo pour l’intimité), un plafond fissuré et une tapisserie qui se décolle. De plus, le parking était complet, nous obligeant à nous garer à 200 mètres et traversant une route dangereuse. Pour couronner le tout, lors du petit déjeuner, toutes les tables étaient prises, et nous avons dû attendre qu’une table se libère, pour ensuite la débarrasser nous-mêmes. Je trouve inacceptable que des prestations de ce niveau soient offertes à ce prix. Les photos du site ne reflète absolument pas la réalité de la suite. Une expérience à éviter, malheureusement.

J'ai profité d'un cadeau avec massage du visage, spa et happy corner. Tout était parfait.Le massage du visage réalisé par Nina était un moment de pure détente, Nina est compétente, gentille et discrète. J'ai bien apprécié le moment spa avec sauna, hammam, jacuzzi et douche sensorielle. Et pour finir, je me suis régalée avec le brunch, très varié et de qualité. Bref, j'ai passé un très bon moment .

Nous avons passé une nuit paisible dans cet hôtel au calme. Belle chambre, grand lit spacieux, bien que la salle de bain mériterait un coup de neuf. Les services sont très bons, le petit déjeuner est bon avec de bons produits et le spa est d’une quiétude qui fait du bien. Mention spéciale à Cleopatra et Nina qui offrent d’excellents massages.
