Ikos Oceania

We went to Ikos Oceania with our toddler for our belated honeymoon for 10 nights, and it was everything we hoped for, and more. The hotel greeted us and made us feel so welcome and comfortable, which was tough as we arrived late due to flight alterations with a very tired toddler. We were greeted with refreshing towels and some key information, which they sat and went through. Luckily they could see we were tired and didn't bombard us with too much information. We were added to a Whatsapp chat, which allowed us to speak to the hotel any time for complaints, room service, requests or restaurant bookings. The room we had was a junior suite with a private garden, and it was perfect for us. It was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely, thoughtful welcome present for our honeymoon which was a nice touch. Room service was excellent, using the Whatsapp chat, ensuring our toddler had a nice breakfast before going to the creche. The Creche was great, and allowed us to have some nice time together for breakfast or lunch while our toddler had some fun. We also used the babysitting service, which allowed a member of the creche staff to come to our room, and take our child out to dinner and for a walk to the playground before putting them to bed, while we had a lovely honeymoon dinner on the beach. Our child had a lovely time and we would definitely recommend this. The pool areas are large and spacious, always with plenty of sunbeds available. Excellent and attentive staff were always on hand for towels, drinks and snacks. The food was amazing in each restaurant, which, with the All Inclusive package, we were able to sample a lot of. We used each restaurant multiple times for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food was excellent quality throughout. My personal favourite was the Greek restaurant, which had an amazing lunchtime bbq. Thoroughly recommended. Not only was the food amazing, but so were the staff, who were so attentive, to us and our child, who they constantly interacted with and kept entertained. Overall, this resort is amazing, and we cannot wait to go back one day. Everything from the setting, to the food, to the unbelievable staff who couldn't do enough for us and made our honeymoon perfect. A huge personal thank you to Ikos.

The resort is beautiful, we were greeted with a warm welcome and stunning views from the offset. We loved the concierge what’s app service, and the opted for the concierge to book us a selection of restaurants over the course of our stay. Unfortunately the weather was hit and miss and we found there was very little to do with young children when it rained. There outdoor park is covered from the sun but not rain. Most of the children’s activities are in the kids club which we were reluctant to put them in all of the time. We had a slight issue with our luggage being damaged but Athanasia was fantastic and resolved this for us.

Heaven What a holiday should be and truly what it means to be all-inclusive. You will never need to complain. Just ask, and they will make it happen for you. We truly made some memories at this wonderful resort. The food and drinks are of a such a high standard that you feel you are dining at new Michelin each time. Views, beach and room were all wonderful and completed the feel of luxury. We also enjoyed the shows in the evening. We would like this to continue to improve if at all possible as a few others said similar. The staff are whst make Oceania and they do the Ikos brand proud. You can see that they are happy to work there and it honestly does make you enjoy your time so much more. From the senior management, bar and waiting to the cleaners and buggy drivers thank you so much for all the hard work. We have booked to return May 2025 with more people so we can show them the ikos way we have fallen in love with. See you soon Oceania xx

We have just returned from an amazing 7 nights here. We were recommended to Ikos by our Son and his girlfriend who had visited another Ikos resort in Spain and were so impressed they suggested trying a different resort. We arranged the holiday as a surprise for my husbands 60th Birthday and we were so glad we chose this resort. The hotel is beautiful, amazing views, well kept grounds and the rooms are lovely spotlessly clean with everything you need. The staff were excellent and always looked happy. Everything we asked they sorted for us, nothing was too much trouble. We were served around the pool by the lovely Angela service always with a smile and again nothing too much trouble for her, Restaurants were fabulous, we tried them all for dinner including one dine out. Food and service at each and everyone was exceptional. We loved them all and had different favourites between the 8 of us . Breakfast we went to both the French & the Greek restaurants, both had great dishes on the menu but our favourite was the Greek where we were Greeted so warmly every morning. They even remembered what we had to drink each morning. My Husband was made to feel special for his birthday with a bottle of fizz and fruit brought to the room with a hand written card and then a Cake at the Asian restaurant. Angela also brought the 8 of us a special cocktail to help celebrate his birthday. We absolutely loved our time here and will return. Thanks everyone at Ikos Oceania you made our holiday so special.

We’ve been coming to this beautiful place since 2016 and still one of my favourite places. I love to travel to different places and this is the only hotel I’ve been to more than once and have since recommended friends and family who have also loved it and rebooked. Apart from being a beautiful place to relax, it’s a whole sensory experience! Taking in all the blue of the sky, sea and pool, listening to the waves of the Aegean with views of Mount Olympus, the hotel always smells out of this world! I want that in my house!! And the food is just amazing and a massive part of the reason we keep going back. Along with the cocktails, extensive wines and most importantly the brilliant and welcoming staff. It was lovely to see Vasilis still there who we remember from our first trip. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need and more. The only question is, when can I come back again!

My wife and I booked to visit Ikos Oceania for one week from 12th October 2024, exactly one year after our last visit and my wife’s third. As before, the service from private airport pick up, the resort, to returning to the airport was second to none. This service and attention to detail made our vacation very relaxing and worth every penny along with the delicious food and drinks. And this service is for everyone, not just select few. The team at Ikos Oceania go above and beyond.
