with my parents I visited. I was struggling after parking for the first time, but the owner of the ice cream shop on the first floor helped me out. I was very grateful! The accommodation was very clean and the rooms were separated, so I was able to stay in a separate room with my parents. And the beach was right in front, so it was great to have fun! There's a Big Mart and Daiso across the bridge, so it's great for shopping! It was a really nice accommodation. Thank you.

The location is great near Anchi Beach. However, even 24 hours before check-in, we had not received any information about how to check in, so we had to contact the management company. When we entered the building, we were greeted by a spider at the entrance, and when we tried to catch another one in the room, this time we found a newt. Only one toothbrush is provided, so you will need to get one for each person. There is not enough tissue paper, so you will need to buy more. There are not many towels, and there are not enough for hand washing and in the kitchen. I think that this is in line with the purpose of a condominium, which is to stay as if you were living there. Don't expect hotel-like service.

1) 到埗那天仍沒有收到取匙的密碼.晚上,到了住宿外面,沒有任何酒店人員可以找到,亦沒有任何聯絡方法, 在聯絡*******客服, 一個多小時, 才知道拿取鎖匙的方法和密碼, 但最後仍沒有見到任何酒店人員的幫助. 我的電話只有流動數據, 無法打電話聯絡, 建議酒店人員可以添加其他聯絡方式或電郵供客人聯絡. 2) 大量的昆蟲在大門外面, 每天我的小孩都要驚慌的出入酒店. 3) 房間大致潔整, 但是紗窗窗簾有發霉, 電子熱水瓶內很骯髒, 拍了相片但無法通知酒店人員. 3晚的住宿, 一次也找不到酒店人員, 幸好地下有一間雪糕店, 當晚職員很盡力協助我找酒店人員.

24時間前に送ってくださるはずのチェックインのメールが届かなくて焦りました。 お隣に素敵なアイスやさんがあって最高でした！！ 部屋の中に蟻がたくさん入ってきましたが、総合的に綺麗で良かったです。洗濯機回りの掃除をお願いします。リピします！ありがとうございましま。
