I have booked 3 days stayed in this hotel from November 7 to November 10.
I have checked into this hotel on November 7th at 7 o'clock at night. When I entered the door, the room already smelled bad. Then I found one or two geckos in the kitchen, and then I also found that there were many mosquitoes on the bed. When I went to sleep, I can't endure it when you're sleeping on the pillow, there are a few mosquitoes walking around the bed. I didn’t sleep the whole night.
Due to no staff on duty at night and we can't complain on that night, and finally I decided to leave this hotel tomorrow and give up these two hotel stays.
I have complained to the hotel about this. They replied me that it is inevitable that insects will appear in this area where there is a lot of nature. Geckos are said to protect the home in Okinawa and cannot be removed at all.
And the hotel usually do not issue refunds due to bugs and odors.
I absolutely NOT NOT NOT recommend to book this hotel due to the cleanliness of the hotel.

The ocean view was great, and the living room was spacious, so it was perfect for four people to stay.
