Our actual rating would be 4.5 stars. This new hotel in Mostar is nice. We chose it because we were traveling by car, and it offered free garage parking for guests. The hotel is well located, with everything in Mostar easily reachable on foot. The rooms and public areas are modern and attractive. One minor downside was that we couldn't turn the A/C down in our room because the "-" button was stuck. However, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and they included a safe and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast selection, which included eggs, sandwich ingredients, fruits, pastries, coffee and juice, was good. A small but notable improvement would be for the staff to smile more and show more friendliness. While they weren't unfriendly, it didn't come across clearly. Overall, the hotel and our stay were very good.

Reception located in the restaurant/bar, managed by people working there ! Very strange and difficult to reach by phone from room. We were 2 couples and both our rooms had foul smell, like from toilet. This was reported. Rooms not changed, gave us spray to relieve the smell. Location good, not far from old town. Parking within the hotel compound. Breakfast standard. Had to tell the guy from the restaurant to bring more food.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy, delicious food. The hotel has a large garage with a charger for electric cars. The hotel is located in a good location for a quick trip to the center or leaving Mostar.

A localização do hotel é excelente, em menos de 5 minutos do centro histórico. Possui estacionamento grátis. Quartos novos e confortáveis. O restaurante do hotel também é bom e aberto aos não hóspedes. Como ponto de melhoria destaco com o café da manhã. Foi o pior café da manhã de toda a viagem, não condiz com o perfil do hotel. Se quiser tomar uma café da manhã minimamente decente precisa pagar pra tomar no restaurante do hotel.
