There is a LOT done wrong. The water at pool has way too much chloreine. There is no service at the pool bar. The breakfast is actually awful for the price range, the boiled eggs were so hard and already darkened that they were probably from a few days ago.

Perfect hotel for a visit of Mostar. Walking distance to the city center. Spacious rooms which are clean and comfortable. Small pool on the rooftop and private parking available. Only the breakfast need some attention. At 8:30 a lot of food was already finished or cold

The best part of this hotel is the receptionist, Jani, is the best. He is a very kind person and very helpful. Even going beyond what is required of him. He is just an amazing person. The best customer service ever.

Very bad hotel. Right next to the fast street, it is not possible to sleep from the car on the street. The room is small, the bedding with stains is dirty. Personal very belligerent if you complain , NO restaurant no food in hotel, pool not good water dirty full of algae. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite bad. Its only advantages are its location just a few minutes from the historic centre and its own parking. There is no criticism of the staff, who were always helpful, but the room and bathroom were very tight, with difficulty placing the trolleys and the shower water was lukewarm, tending to cold. The worst thing was the poor breakfast, with little variety and an awful coffee that forced us to take one that they made separately and charged as an extra, which was only slightly better.

Hotel muy nuevo (o por lo menos lo parece) con una decoración muy moderna. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Personal muy amable y parking gratuito. El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y el centro (puente Stari Most) se encuentra a solo 10-15 minutos andando. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Muy buena opción para visitar la bonita Mostar.
