This is the worst place I have ever attempted to stay at. My husband and myself made a reservation for June 20-22,2025. Upon arrival we were greeted with the front desk personnel cleaning rooms, fixing tvs, and checking in individuals. We finally received our keyboard but when we made it to the room it was already occupied. I immediately went back to the front desk to see what was going on. The front desk personnel assured me that there was no one in the room. I explained to her that there was luggage in the room. She went to check amd came back confused. She then stated I am unsure what happened but the hotel is completely booked. Mind you we jad already paid for the room for two nights. The hotel still has not refunded our money nor has the owner contacted me after 10 attempts. Please be advised the hotel is short staff amd they will take amd keep your when they male mistakes.

The hotel isn't fancy, kind of standard. But everything was clean and the staff were accommodating. We did have trouble with the TV, but the problem was addressed and fixed quickly. We left before the breakfast, but other guests told us it was good, they had it the morning before

We asked for a quiet room, were given the one nearest the highway. We checked the bed by sliding the covers, to our horror we say defecation stains on the white linen. Asked to change rooms, no arguments and were given a much quieter room. This room was much better. Breakfast was average.

Was in town just for one night and needed an economical place to stay and found this hotel on ******* for a reasonable price. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk, Chris, was very helpful and was also very courteous, something we don't see a lot of these days and that helped make the stay even better. I had a King suite and it was very worth the price. The room was extremely roomy and quiet. Would recommend this hotel, for anyone travelling through.

After stopping for dinner at the Cracker Barrel located next door, we decided to call it a day and get a room. We chose well. The king room was clean with all furnishings in good order, had thick towels and quality sheets, and provided a quiet night's sleep. Only room complaints are that the only chair in the room was the desk chair, the fan didn't work in bathroom, and the bed had the mini pillows on it. Breakfast the next morning, which ran from 5am-9am, offered a variety of choices (eggs, sausage links, grits, waffles, bagels, cereals, fruit). Make sure to use the Choice app - their price beat others by $10.

The things that went wrong are too long to list! Look for another hotel! Do not stay here. I had prepaid through priceline because when I called to make a reservation directly they wanted to charge me $166!! I got it for 109 through priceline. Upon arrival they charged my card 84.15 even though I had already prepaid. Totally incompetent...not knowing how to verify with the confirmation number priceline provided. (she had no clue where to plug the number into her computer so went ahead and charged me for the room again! (basically they charged me twice for the stay 200!!). I wasted 3 hours trying to solve this problem. Receptionist in the evening was kind but totally clueless and incompetent. Was told that evening that manager would come in 7am and fix problem but when I called at 8:30am Receptionist in the morning was rude and hung up on me when I asked for a manager. Rooms and carpet are old and musty smell (gross). Breakfast not stocked and lacking. Noisy from interstate traffic. Never staying there again!

We were traveling through and needed a place to sleep and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the lobby and rooms were and the night desk employee was so nice and friendly. After 11 hours of traveling that day, he was just what I needed. Greeted me with a smile and we chatted a bit. Very helpful and upbeat. Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. On checking out I was greeted by the morning desk employee, also so friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again.
