No veteran discount allowed
We paid with my husbands credi card but I put the reservations in my name because he could not call it in due to illness. He is a disable veteran and we stay there every year and have always gotten a discount for veterans. The girl at the front desk needed to be a little nicer and would not honor discount even when he had proof of being a veteran and paying for the room on his ccrcd. Disappointed we have reservations in

This place is great! My husband called me into the bathroom to show me “the cleanest hotel shower I’ve ever seen!” The breakfast was delicious! The bed was comfortable with crisp clean linens. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally pleasant. I will definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised, clean, comfortable
Clean, comfortable, everything seemed new. Extra little amenities like towels folded into a little animal on the bed with mints (like a resort) and higher than usual quality shampoo/conditioner with Argan oil. Beds were super comfortable and every corner crisp & clean. Even used the iron for a wrinkled shirt, and the fridge was medium sized for tall water bottles. The breakfast was also a nice quality - lots of ingredients in the waffle bar, good eggs, biscuits, and gravy, juice variety. I'm usually a Hampton/Holiday girl but those were full in the area and this was a pleasantly high quality suprise.

The staff were wonderful. The pillows were terrible. Foam is better. The room is clean and very nice. An employee stood outside the door and spoke on phone very loudly at 4 to about 6 am. Apparently, the door to the office was just next to ours and employees use that area to smoke. Otherwise, it was fabulous.

The pool and pool deck area was nice. The Mexican restaurant across the street is pretty good too. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very spacious, clean, and beautifully updated—everything felt fresh and comfortable. Check-out was quick and easy, which made for a smooth departure. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be staying here again when we pass back through. Highly recommended!
