Die Bedienungen waren extrem unfreundlich und unhöflich. Ich kam eher spät zum Frühstück, da waren die Tische dreckig vorgefunden ohne Tischabfall obwohl die Bedienungen nur herumstanden. Diese Leute haben ihren Beruf verfehlt. Am Empfang hingegen waren nette Leute und auch die Raumpflegerinnen waren sehr höflich und das Hotel hatte schöne Zimmer. Aber nur schon wegen den Bedienungen würde ich dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Il miglior ristorante della zona! Ho fatto pranzo e cena per vari giorni di seguito durante il mio soggiorno e devo dire che non c’è confronto con altri ristoranti che ho provato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo sono ottime, il cibo squisito, personale molto accogliente. Consiglierei a chiunque viaggiano si trova nei dintorni.

Wir besuchten die Therme in Mosonmayaróvár und wollten anschliessend essen gehen. Wir waren zutiefst enttäuscht von der Kellnerin im Restaurant, Hotel Simbad am 1.10.2022 um 20 h. Zuerst warteten wir lange Zeit bis endlich eine Kellnerin auftauchte. Sie bevorzugte Leute, die erst viel später kamen. Als wir bestellen wollten, reagierte sie total unfreundlich und empfand uns als lästig. Dann verschwand sie auch noch. Da hatten wir genug. Früher waren die Ungarn sehr gastfreundlich und nett, aber ich überlege ernsthaft nochmals dorthin zu fahren. So etwas haben wir in Ungarn noch nie erlebt und ist auch nicht gerade gut für das Image dieses Lokals. Da gehe ich sicher nicht mehr hinein. War echt ein Schock!
