This was a visit for a medical appointment combined with a short winter holiday. My wife and I stayed at this motel for four nights. Our unit was comfortable, clean and quiet and very well serviced. Our hosts Bronwyn and Gary could not have made us feel more welcome. Mosgiel proved to be an excellent base for visiting Dunedin, the city being only a 15 minute drive away, and has everything that one would want in the way of supermarkets and restaurants. We will certainly want to stay here again on our next visit to Dunedin.

Convenient location when arriving into Dunedin on an evening flight. Units are lovely and spacious and super clean. Having free Netflix available was a definite bonus and our son loved the cookies too. A perfect spot for a one night stop over.

Wow, so clean and I’m a little fussy about cleanliness. Fresh towels everyday. Great layout, two tvs, hair dryer, guest laundry, everything you could want. Very central to surrounding areas, two minutes to head to Dunedin motorway and close to the airport. Supermarket right over the road. On the flat so any easy walk to town centre. Very friendly hosts. We look forward to coming and staying again.

Stayed 3 nights at Mosgiel Regency. Booked at short notice. Friendly owners and clean and well maintained units. Two TVs so we could watch what we wanted. Supermarket over the road. Easy to find on the main road thru Mosgiel. Walking distance to other shops. Plenty of parking and road noise not heard. Good value for money and we enjoyed our visit
