Ramada by Wyndham Moses Lake

First off I will start off with the good. The staff was so kind and amazing the windows to the room really are sound proof and the beds were comfortable yes. However… The pictures showed a much larger pool and a hot tub main reason we booked here. Additionally it said it was next to a lake not right next to a freeway which I guess is ok. The bathroom door had gross white stuff on the back side of it. The handle was all weird. Rust was all over the frame There was mold around the ring of the shower. The chrome was gross and spotted with the water. We booked the family suite so we could have somewhere to sit well that was pointless the couch was so uncomfortable the springs were coming through the couch so that was pointless. The whole hotel was muggy and hot. We had light out above the sink. The walls were all dirty and missing paint chips. The rugs in the stairs were falling apart. They didn’t advertise they didn’t have an elevator so that was awesome take out stuff up and down stairs. The rug in the room was gross and worn. This hotel needs a major upgrade feel like we were lied to when it came to booking our room.

On Wednesday 2/19/2025 this morning at 10 am my family and I were yelled at by a worker he was rude saying my kids and I and my mother stink and our pets stunk and we need to leave Saturday and never return . And they told us we couldn’t have breakfast anymore I have three lil kids and here’s this fat man telling my kids and elderly mother they can no longer have the free breakfast. The pool stinks like poo the water looks like this person who yelled at us in the water it’s so gross and stinks the heater quit in our first room so we asked to politely switch rooms and we cleaned the room we moved outta and he is still claiming it stinks maybe it’s his mouth he hasn’t washed !! He also wasn’t wearing a name tag showing he worked here ? He was very rude yelling at my elderly mother ?? The house keeper is rude . she didn’t even speak English they hire migrants so they don’t have To pay them much ?? I believe they are being bias and prejudice against my family along with naming racism as well .. he was not polite kept saying he wanted an extra 140 for my pets I believe it was so he can pocket the money cause when I said the lady that checked me in didn’t say anything she said my pets are all paid for. now here’s this man yelling at us for more money , this sounds like a scam to me ? He don’t even take in consideration I have a lil boy in pull ups he was super rude and should be fired !! I’m going to my attorney today and letting him know I wanna sue this Ramada in for mold exposure dirty pool exposure and for yelling at my kids and my mother this man will be sued for his rude comments!!!

We had an incredible experience at the Ramada in Moses Lake, WA! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were exceptionally kind and accommodating, allowing us to play music in the lobby and letting our boys enjoy mini sticks and the pool—it truly felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to the team for quickly locating and shipping my son’s beloved security blanket after we accidentally left it behind. It means so much to him, and we are so grateful for the care and attention you showed. Your hospitality was top-notch, and we can’t thank you enough! We look forward to staying with you again in the future. 😊

We booked to stay at The Ramada at Moses Lake when driving from Seattle to Glacier National Park in Montana, we were hoping to drive the Chinook Scenic Driveway near Mount Ranier but due to poor weather we had to give this route a miss. Instead we explored Snoqualmie falls which was not a disappointment. Our stay was for one night to break up a long drive and we found the hotel comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Check in was quick without problems. The Ramada is located just off the I90 and the downtown area was a short drive. Breakfast was good and set us up for the next part of our drive.

The room was clean, front desk staff were nice. However, none of the pictures match what the rooms nor pool look like. There is no hot tub, the pool is cold and very murkey. We drove over 5hours to stay here while our boys played state baseball! I wish we would of picked somewhere else! The pictures online make you think your right on the lake by the dock and lake picture they feature online and instead your right to against the freeway! Totally 100% disappointed for a $200 room!!!! False advertising at its finest!!!

Clean rooms, and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Stayed on the lower level had a wonderful sleep.
