Wingate by Wyndham Moses Lake

The staff was awesome and friendly. The hot tub was great! Breakfast was decent in a good way and I would 1000% stay here again and recommend this hotel. Also, the front desk lady said I could have a couple of their cherries from their tree! And they were PERFECT.

This place is on year 7 of existence, but it does still feel like a newer hotel in this area. We did upgrade to a suite--traveling with our grand daughter--and even with four full-sized adults, we felt comfortable with our room option. Their hot breakfast is excellent, and even have items available for the more 'mindful' people who travel. Great pool/spa area, and there were a lot of families like us enjoying it. Right off the highway if you're traveling, but no loud highway sounds heard. Good job, Wingate...

The service from start to finish was excellent. The breakfast was star quality with lots of variety.

For the money well worth it. Stayed in room 109, close to the lobby, pool/hot-tub and dining area as well as the ice machine, but not too close. Room was spacious and well supplied. Lots of fast food places around, but a good distance from downtown. A few complaints I had was for the 4 days I was there, they must have checked in a herd of elephants into the room above mine, as the stomping on the ceiling was jarring. Also the signal to the TV was choppy, as if there was some kind of interference going on with the visuals. Not too big of a deal. I'd stay here again.

Our reservation was messed up by the gall at the desk, Lizzie, was absolutely wonderful and got us a great room with jacuzzi tub! She also lead us to a great restaurant for dinner. We will diffently stay there again . The fresh cookies in the evening were so yummy.

Lizzy, Dan, Yvette and one other woman who is from housekeeping and whose name is failing me @ the moment always provide the best service and make our stay so enjoyable! We refuse to stay anywhere but here so long as they are here.
