A very nice hotel with a perfect location, close to everything one might need (restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, even a bookstore is walking distance). Major Moscow landmarks are easy to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered a delivery to the hotel, they helped me to get my parcel. I had a comfortable room on the 8th floor with a lovely view on Pushkin square and really enjoyed the sauna and the spa complex. The hotel has a small but useful gym on the 3rd floor and a beautifully decorated lobby.

The location is great, cross the underground passage to the Kremlin and Red Square. The best thing is breakfast, there are two kinds of caviar, champagne, etc. You can watch the Kremlin while having breakfast. In the opposite direction of the Kremlin, you can go to the Internet Red Supermarket (there are less than a few gift shops in the supermarket, the price is cheaper than buying a doll on Red Square), and then a few more are Pushkin Bronze Statue Square, crossing the road That's Pushkin Café (this one was later built, really in St. Petersburg) and the Turandot restaurant next door. Will have the opportunity to live again in the future.

The dining room was magnificent and there was a fountain in the middle of the hall - there were squid and Japanese goldfish. The downside of the hotel is that there is no parking lot of its own. For friends, the car needs to be parked in the ”Children's World” paid parking lot, 200 rubles per hour. (300 rubles per hour during the day)

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

It's pretty good, there are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is good. The room was clean, but the mirror of the dressing table in my room was facing the bed, which was a bit scary. The location is also very good, in the block, very quiet, there is a bar street nearby, there are also convenience stores, pharmacies and so on. Take a taxi from Red Square 10 minutes. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very enthusiastic. It is very helpful to ask for directions and change change. PS room service is awful and expensive

Very nice hotel. I live on the top floor, and the 1 meter 8 bed is very comfortable. The wood-furnished rooms, the windows are on the top, and the light and airy views are great. Near the subway, eating, haircut, everything. The most important thing is that 10 minutes walk from the Red Square, the front desk attendant service is also very good, English is also very good, unfortunately the second day is booked late, the room is full and forced to vote for a family, 5000 rubles a night has not yet This is good. The location is very good, near the Belarusian station. Belarus Station link Xie Airport, great. There is breakfast, not all is rich, simple, and can be full. The room is not big, two people are enough, the facilities are old. The National Day price is relatively expensive, 2020 yuan three nights, but Moscow is not cheap. In summary, if you are not too concerned about the room, care about the location. Recommend this hotel

I have traveled around the world and been to many great hotels especially business hotels like this Sheraton. This is by far the best I’ve been to despite the woes Moscow is going through. I couldn’t possibly mention everybody’s name that has helped my wife and me but let me start with Natalia who checked us in and took care of us. I have not met Anna Pavlova the general manager but she clearly knows how to run a fantastic property. I’m in the hotel business myself so I know something about it. The front test team is wonderful, the FNB team is great and the housekeeping team is perfect… I cannot recommend this hotel if you come to Moscow enough… I stayed at three other hotels in the city and this is by far the best in a great location… congratulations to everybody here.

The hotel is hidden behind a block of shops so it is very difficult to find. It is however in a block with high end shops just a few metres behind Louis Vuitton shop. Very lovely hotel with warm hearted and very helpful staff. The bar man/ porter/ everything you need is amazing. He really goes out of his way to make your stay at this hotel memorable. The receptionist assist tou with everything from calling taxi service to advising you on what to do. Hint: Moscow is full of photographers that take beautiful pictures, for very cheap rate, use them, they are amazing!!! Loved everything about Moscow, was a pleasant suprise!

The first is a very simple hotel with no slippers, no shower gel shampoo, and no dedicated airport shuttle service. Traveling in June, the air conditioner is not cold, and it will be sweaty indoors. Very very very very close to the city center, the location is very good, but you will be too noisy to sleep with the bar downstairs at night. On the weekend, the entire street downstairs can make you noisy at four or five in the morning. I can't sleep at all, I play with them too much. There are no major problems with the other. Reception can be in English and can be requested.

Always liked this hotel, of course its main dignity is the location, center, a bunch of sights, brand stores and class cafes nearby. Good parking for the car, too, is not expensive. The hotel is generally quite comfortable, good repair has been done. But the truth is already a little undershaarpal and there are cleaning problems, it is not done quality, although it is fast and every day without reminders. At the hotel there is a cafe where you can order breakfast and dinner, but there is a number of cafes on any taste. Protested and in the hotel, I can't recommend, the Swedish table, the food is cold, the choice is not big (but for 3 stars good) food is not replenished an hour before the end. Perhaps the biggest problem was noise isolation, all that happens in the neighboring rooms and the terrible state of the plumbing. Summary of the fact that you can close your eyes for small shortcomings and recommend the hotel for visit.

The hotel is located 7-10 minutes from the Pushkin/Chekhov/ Tverskaya stations. The location is wonderful, 10 minutes walk to TUM, Kuznetsk bridge, Bolshoi Theatre. Undoubtedly the best quality of the hotel. Girls on the resepshan are kind and respectful. The hotel is on the ground floor and when you open the window of the rooms you can hear and see how people walk. It's a little scary that someone can climb into the room through the windows because there's no grid on them. The air conditioner is not in the room too and you are faced with the choice of either die from the spirit or from someone who will walk through the open window at night. Breakfast in the photo is not very thick, but in principle it is possible to eat. There were some products in the refrigerator, but I'm not sure they are for common use, as there were no name brochures as usual in hostels. There is a washing machine and a plate for smoothing things along with a tie, which is definitely good. The last minus is that the shower and toilet are not in your room and you have to go to them in the corridor in front of the hotel administrator. There is no purity of the general parts of the claims, everything has always been clean and clean. If you go on business and you need to stay for a couple of nights so that you are in the city centre, then I recommend!

I booked the hotel via the Internet, the booking was impossible to cancel and when cancelling at me from the map would have been written off 7000 rubles. We were about to arrive early from Istanbul. Turkish asked us for a PCR at the last moment, we had to lose the flight, buy another and arrive at night. We are from Argentina, where Rublos doesn't sell. The airport bank was already closed. We went to the hotel and we had the dollars to pay for the 3 rooms reserved and Rublos to pay for the first night. Despite being tourists, not speak Russian, having traveled from morning to night and it was late, they told us that we were left right and we would change silver. We walked over an hour, we lost, we asked people how we could, we were exhausted. We had to note the address and explain it changes to flowers or pharmacies. Or they should go, because once I learned, I saw it was easy. We lost a lot of health. I don't understand as a hotel, it is not prepared for that. Thank you for we went. I don't recommend Russia to any foreigner with this complication. Let's take the dollars and change them or wait a day or be with us. And let's give them more guarantee than leave them $2,000!!! and passports.
