I loved this hotel so much. Service, cleanliness, facilities and location. Overall, this hotel could be nothing else, but only perfect. Thanks to this hotel, I loved Moscow a lot more. Thank you!

Is a good place for the location but it’s too expensive and they are plenty of other cheaper options. I stayed here for a month and is too small for the price I pay. An other problem is that the washing machine service is too expensive, so is better to get your own apartment for a better price. I need to use a translator to talk to them because simple words like passport is too hard to learn. The cleaning ladies do an excellent job.

The room was beautiful, the lighting was just not so good, because the work was more unpleasant because I had to sit in the kitchen. The food was good, but came 2 hours later than ordered. There was also a problem with hot water, I called the reception, it happened as if they forgot about us. The rooms are good. The heat that was provided was very helpful.
