Five stars hotel in central emplacement of the capital, member of Accor hotels french chain, what possibly could go wrong? After researches I booked in Mövenpick for two nights. As platinum member of Accor group, I was really confident about my stay. What finally I got? 1 - During check-in the first information was ”no upgrade available today because no superior room are available” - since platinum member can have the upgrade. Therefore it's possible to book a superior room using Accor application at this moment. Passing. 2 - First try of me to ask a later checkout before departure. First ”come back see administrator tomorrow morning” done. 3 - ”You have free drink voucher” - ”the bar isn't available because of some filming”. Passing. Time to go to the room, standard and basic one. Let's see. I found a clean place with some nice design and furniture. But this space is a really one small room for two big beds and an armchair. There is no working table, basic room isn't done for some work. There is no place at all to put a luggage, basic room isn't done for travelers neither. And despite the snow, clay and dirt on Moscow streets nothing available to put your dirty shoes to avoid ugly sports on the ground. Naturally there is no welcome service for platinum member, it's becoming just a detail. If we add a ”come back at evening to see another administrator” the next day morning visit - always for asking a later checkout. An expensive and average restaurant (use a Yandex food service or go to one of close and good restaurants in the area instead, really). What we can add from positive on the place? The swimming pool and spa zone (sauna, hammam) are nice in the middle of snow and winter, the staff here is nice and kind. My third visit at front desk to ask a later checkout was the same with a ”come back tomorrow morning”, but at this time I got my ”welcoming service” delivered in my room, plate of fresh fruits, highly appreciated. Finally the third day and fourth visit to front desk allowed me to book a later checkout (13h instead of 12h because the usual ”no room are available” even if you could book one using Accor application for the next day). To resume: if you ask nothing if you book a superior room or a suite if you manage an exterior food you can pass some nice time here, in the center of the capital. Otherwise just take another place. Since you're never feeling yourself as a special guest, despite any status made especially for this.

I spent NYE in Moscow. My stay in Sadovnichskaya hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all requests. Olga on duty at the reception desk on NYE was very nice. The rest of the staff at the reception desk and the restaurant were doing their best with a friendly smile. The food was super delicious. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Red Square. I had a very good impression and I will definitely be back!

The Pros-smooth check in process, very polite and attentive front dest staff. the hotel has a great location right across the river, the view from our room was wonderful, we could see Red square and the river, definitely a plus! we checked out at 3am to catch our flight and an older man at front desk was extremely helpful with our suitcases and getting us a taxi, I wish I had his name. thank you! the cons- our room although it had a great view it was not clean like a 5 star hotel room should be, the room was big but old and very dusty, we got an old tv that was not working properly, old furniture, old bathroom. The Spa was not good after visiting other spas in luxury hotels in Moscow this one didn't have much to offer.

Excellent location. Silent (no trains can be heard). View from the window to the office building. Parking is paid 1200 yards per night, but it is always available (unlike Select Hotel). Excess (shoot hat, toothbrush, etc.) in the room is not- ask for resepshne. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby( Uryuk my favorite - a little further, but delicious there very!). And here breakfast is poor. (This is the minus for which I lower the estimate. 1000r per person is expensive. Although the eyelid, becon, cheese, the simplest fruit- vegetables you will find there. Coffee is good. But! You can take a combo in a chocolate for 300r - it will be the same, only with a view to the wonderful park in front of the Paveletsky station(by the way, I recommend walking there certainly: very nice, fountain dancing and singing for classical music, watching area, shining rings-wheel, generally beautiful decoration). Yes, the entry under the slagbaum can not be noticed, so slower and with the navigator look)).

Very convenient location of the hotel: near Novokuznetskaya and Tretyakovskaya, and if you go to the other side then Paveletskaya. So if you go from Domodedovo, I would recommend it very much. Расположение отеля - это его самый главный плюс. Вышел из метро, два шага, и ты в отеле, это удобно. Но в остальном отель чисто под бизнесовые командировки, когда просто нужно где-то спать. Скорость у инета платная, если хотите нормальную. Воду вы получите только пои заселении. Я как-то пришла в номер ночью, поняла, что нет воды. И достать ее негде, потому что видите ли они «закрывают смену» и продать воду смогут только с 12ти утра. Как будто это не Москва, а Зажопинск какой-то, ей богу. В номере нет щеток, зубной пасты, халата. Кладут всего минимально. Розетки почему-то только около стола, а у кровати нет. Это супер неудобно Еще не могу не отметить халду на ресепшене, которая не хочет помогать клиентам и решать их проблемы, а хочет истерично орать, как она закрывает смену, а потом громко обсуждать меня же с охранником Уровень отеля реально как будто ты попал в маленький никому не нужный городок

The comfortable room, it was cool and the air conditioner worked perfectly for heating. In the room is a shower cabin and a toilet, a very spacious bathroom, a white-snow shirt, a comfortable bed, and most importantly, there is no sound from the station. On the floor there are several coolers with water. The price included breakfast in the nearby cafe, but due to early departure, we didn't get there. Very enjoyed, a quiet place with convenient location and careful service staff.

Taken for one night with a tie to the Paveletsky Station. Everything liked. From Paveletsky six minutes walk on a good flat pavement. Not hard even with a suitcase on foot. Next to a couple of shops, near and cafe. At Paveletsky large shopping center. Near two metro stations and another public transport stop. The hotel is on a quiet street. The hotel has a chic glass panoramic elevator that our boy really liked. Good clean room. Problem with air conditioning. In hot days, the entire hotel air conditioning system was installed on 22-23 degree, probably didn't work, for my sleep it is not comfortable. Beautiful breakfasts. A nice building, good staff.

Great stay! Loved it. Fantastic value for money, close to the metro, excellent service from the reception who was outstanding. Helped us with our covid tests, where to go. Really liked the rooms too. Exactly as advertised. I said it once, I'll say it twice - EXCELLENT value for money. What could the hotel do better? - Shower head. Why so small? Really devalued the bathroom. Maybe me being picky or what I'm used to, but I didn't get it. - Maybe a good choice of food at breakfast, and get the value for £££, but simply awful produce chosen. Low of the low interms of quality. Disappointing. Good selection but didn't appreciate quality. Would have happily paid 200-400 Rubles extra for some decent food a night. - Free water. Appreciated on arrival, however would it kill the hotel to give guests bottles each day? You will buy in bulk and lose very little from it - even if you upped your price per guests to cover this. Overall though honestly a great stay, I'm just saying these point as feel they need to be raised.
