Boutique-Hotel Venice in my Heart - Adults Only

Everything about this place is just perfect! . Close to Line 1, few minutes walking distance from Krasnoya Varota Exit 2 station. Great neighbourhood and easy to find. I think I've never stayed any place more clean then this one. You get everything you need, slippers, towels. It is a small room but spotlessly clean with comfy bed. Everyone was so friendly and polited, breakfast was tasty and fresh. I would stay here every time.

The hotel was in Kazan Railway Station. At first, I couldn't find it. I asked the security guard at the entrance of Kazan Railway Station and told me to go straight and turn right to find it. And there is no English name downstairs. I went upstairs with my feeling. When I went upstairs, I saw the front desk and the photo before I was sure it was this one. (The picture is the entrance of the hotel) The room was large and clean, but it was in the train station. The sound insulation was not very good. There was a broadcast from the train station all night. The hot water is very big and very good. But the room is really hot, airtight, and it is stuffy without heating. The window can be kept open. The disadvantage is that although the front desk registered for copying the documents, there was no paper for the landing sign. When I left, I asked if there was a landing sign and said no. The second is to charge for storing luggage (it should be that the front desk received its own pocket). It arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time. I asked if I could put the luggage down and come back at the point. The front desk A said yes, B said no. The two discussed and said to pay. A said 50 rubles. I thought about it and said yes. B: No, two bags are 500. Then I'll just say I'll come back later. And important reminder: the hotel does not have an elevator! There are winding and twisting stairs, and you have to climb four floors.

I hope it only got in the moment when there were heating problems.. but I describe the hotel at the time of visit. Booking a room by phone at night and settling an hour later was not a work. Fast found the hotel and the entrance itself. If you have heavy bags, it will be difficult to climb to the hotel. 3 floor, not very wide staircase. Only on foot, there is no elevator. Shoes and upper clothes need to be left at the entrance to the closet. There you can take one-time shoes. Settled fast. The electronic key was issued which did not work)))) well that the number was next to the repeaches and did not have to go far and ask for help to get to the room. After a couple of digital key manipulations, unsuccessful, I was given the ”analog” key and I was able to get into the room)) The first impression from the room: Very cold!!!! Lucky that there were several blankets under which I slept all night. In the morning I was very unwilling to go to the shower and climb out of the blankets in this cold. The room is small: bed with drawing boxes for things, foam, at the entrance of the staircase-hooks Bathroom is also small: small shelves, toilet, shower cabin. Of the roll-soap: towel, shower gel, shampoo. Frankly speaking, for 2200 (round a little) - very expensive such conditions.
