The hotel location is prefect and the staff are helpful. The problem I had with this hotel was the WiFi. It doesn’t work anywhere and non existent in the room.

The hotel is relatively small, and the lobby is a bit like a domestic economy hotel, but there are always two older waiters at the door to open the door and carry the luggage. The hotel is in a great location, about ten minutes walk to the Red Square. The breakfast is also good, and there is always piano accompaniment from the waiter. I stayed in a classic room, which is relatively large, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. However, there was no hot water on the first day. I called the room customer service and asked me to find the front desk. The front desk said that the water pipe was broken and they were reporting it. It was about ten o'clock before the hot water came. It was fine in the next few days.

The hotel we stayed at on our last night in Moscow is located a 10-minute walk from the Red Square. There are many restaurants and cafes around, which is very convenient.
