Very, very rubbish and discriminatory against Chinese people. The receptionist named Georgij has a bad attitude and even deliberately makes things difficult for others. The location of the hotel is also inconvenient, far away from attractions and the subway.

В целом все отлично! Большой номер, вкусные завтраки. Рядом супермаркет, кофейни и в целом все есть.
Хорошие и приятные горничные, но все впечатление портят девушки на ресепшен - очень неприятно разговаривать, отношение как будто ( что ты до меня докопался ). Когда звонишь на ресепшен что-то попросить, они вечно ничего не знают, приходилось ловить горничных и просить их. С таким отношением, не хочется даже заходить, ни улыбок, ни приветствия.

Я остановился в этом отеле во время своей поездки, и остался в полном восторге! Номер был просторным, современным и очень чистым, с удобной кроватью и всеми необходимыми удобствами. Персонал оказался невероятно дружелюбным и отзывчивым, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы.
Расположение отеля тоже оказалось удобным — все основные достопримечательности были в шаговой доступности, а рядом находились отличные рестораны и кафе. Завтрак был разнообразным и вкусным, с большим выбором свежих блюд.
Особенно хочется отметить атмосферу — здесь чувствуешь себя как дома. Я определённо вернусь сюда снова и порекомендую этот отель всем своим друзьям и коллегам. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!
