Отель очень и очень хороший! Номера просторные, с шикарными видами, все ухоженные, всё целое, чистота идеальная, полотенца, халаты и постельное белье высочайшего качества и чистейшие. Отдельная тема: завтраки. Имея в своем арсенале примерно сотню других отелей, завтрак в Рэдисон скорее всего самый лучший. Нет ни одного невкусного блюда. Игристое, смузи, детокс-вода, безглютеновая еда, фрукты, десерты, кофе и чай всех интерпретаций, салаты, рыба, горячее, блины, яйца всех видов, и вишенка на торте: икра лососевых и щуки. Отдельно хочу отметить весь персонал: очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, добрые. Ощущается прекрасная атмосфера коллектива и она передается гостям. В этом отеле повторно и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days, we were 11 ladies. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great for group travelling. I booked for an Executive studio (42 Square Meter) with breakfast. This studio suite features dedicated work, seating and sleeping areas. It is called Junior Suite (King bed). I really found the Heated towel rails in my bathroom very convenient, for drying up a quick wash. There was an Iron with ironing bord in my closet. An Electric converter was available in my work area. Miss Aliena, from reception was so helpful and efficient on arrival. The Breakfast had wide selection of freshly tasted items, I loved the oatmeal and the banana bread, both were soft and delicious. I had a late lunch once in the restaurant, I had the delightfully fresh Fennel salad and the tasty Salmon with beetroot. SEE photos.

The room I booked for the boss was a little bigger than ours, but there was not much difference overall. The apartment hotel is fully equipped with pots and pans, induction cookers, washing machines, clothes drying racks, irons, and oversized wardrobes. It is really a good choice to stay here when attending the Russian MIMS exhibition. I actually still stay here. So I’m writing that message in lobby and last night when I check in, the receptionist was very helpful. On the other hand, the room was great. The hotel i in the middle of Moscow City and today the weather is snowy. The heating of the room and hot water were great and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay more three days in here and there isn’t any problem until now. I hope, this pleasure will continue until last night when I will leave from hotel.

The room and location were absolutely great. Everything was nice and clean. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and competence of some of the staff. We had a booking for 2 adults with 2 breakfasts. When we arrived, first, they couldn't find out booking, then they found the booking but said it was only for 1 person. Then suddenly they found that it was for 2 persons but that it was without breakfast, then when I started contacting Trip.com they suddenly found that it indeed was with 2 breakfasts. The next day, when we went to the breakfast, they let us in, but then the staff started chasing us in the breakfast hall saying that we hadn't paid. Then they contacted the reception and confirmed that we indeed had paid. The experience was really not appreciated.

For the viewing, this hotel is in an excellent location, 100 meters to the sport subway station, from the subway station A exit to the crossing subway station, from the B exit, to the outskirts of the Luzhniki stadium, it is so close, This is the main reason for choosing this hotel (the other location is convenient for high-quality hotels), and from the station (red line 1), 5 stations to Red Square, 3 stations to Arbat, the traffic is very convenient. А вот в самом отеле отношения с питанием какие-то нездоровые: при достаточной цене за номер без завтрака за этот самый завтрак просят еще по 1200 (тысяче двести) рублей с человека, хотя рядом полно мест, где за тысячу вдвоем можно отлично позавтракать (и мы так и сделали). В номере есть мини-бар, но цены тоже аховые. Приятным сюрпризом оказалось ”почти мохито” (вода с лимоном и мятой) в лимонаднике у стойки администратора, я очень люблю это сочетание, с удовольствием попила, пока оформляли заселение, и потом еще подходила, чтобы попить. Номер очень хорош, удобная постель, много разных подушек (кажется, на сайте отеля это называется ”меню подушек”). Еще в номере махровые халаты, тапочки, сейф, гладильная доска и утюг - это очень удобно. Две бутылочки с питьевой водой, чай, сахар, чайник, чайные пары и бокалы для воды. Есть холодильник, но он битком забит мини-баром, чтобы поставить что-то свое, места нет. В санузле зубные щетки, паста, шампунь и гель для душа два в одном и бальзам для волос - не одноразовые, а во флаконах, душевая кабина с тропическим душем и обычной ”лейкой”. Словом, если не считать кусачих цен за еду (что нам не помешало, мы отлично поели вне отеля), все очень понравилось.

We are participating in the 2018 Moscow Marathon, which is conveniently located near the starting point. The room is small but there is hot and cold water available in the hallway. The fried noodles and fried rice in the downstairs restaurant are good (not much weight). The subway station is nearby and there is also a supermarket. It is worth the money. Friends who are strongly recommended to participate in the marathon can consider it.
