It's a domestic three-star standard, but the location is okay. The price is very expensive, but it doesn't seem to be cheap in Moscow. The restaurant is relatively small and English at the front desk is OK. However, the hotel service was average. I ordered two bottles of water but they were not delivered for two hours. I called twice and finally got nothing.
