The hotel is located inside the Kazan Railway Station. I couldn't find it at first. I asked the security guard at the entrance of the Kazan Railway Station and he told me to go straight and turn right before I found it. And there is no English name downstairs, so I went upstairs based on my feeling. When I got upstairs, I saw that the front desk was the same as the one in the photo, so I was sure it was this one. (The picture is of the hotel entrance) The room was large and clean, but it was inside a train station and the soundproofing was not very good. There were announcements from the train station all night long. The hot water is very large and plentiful, good reviews. But the room was really hot and airtight, and it was very stuffy even without the heating, so I had to keep the window open. The disadvantage is that although the front desk registered and copied the ID information, there was no paper for the visa on arrival. When I left, I asked if there was a visa on arrival, and I was told that there was no one. The second thing is that there is a charge for luggage storage (the front desk should have received it from my pocket). I arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time and asked if I could put my luggage down and come back at the same time. Front desk A said yes and B said no. The two of them discussed it and agreed to pay. A said 50 rubles. I thought about it and said yes. B immediately said no, it would cost 500 for two luggages. Then I directly said that I would come back at that time. And important note: the hotel has no elevator! There are only twists and turns of stairs to climb four floors.

Отель оказался неожиданно хорош. Расположен к супер. Номер чистый, удобный. Дополнительная детская кроватка в форме машины и игрушки для детей мы обнаружили в номере. Постельное белье было идеально белым и чистым. Горячая вода шла без перебоев. На ресепшене дамы встретили нас не особо приветливо. Заселение у ним 14.00, но нас заставили ждать целый час, поскольку наш номер был не убран вовремя. Есть возможность воспользоваться в холле микроволновой печью, стиральной машиной и холодильником. Рекомендуем данный отель всем, кому нужно остановиться после длительной поездки.
