I would give this hotel 3 stars not 5. Rooms look tired and service reminds me the old Soviet times. Nobody smiles to you.

The best hotel service have experienced in my entire life till date. Amazing experience. Super classic. The staffs smile always. And great food. Love them all there. Really awesome. Salute to those staffs working there. Especially, the manger at the front desk called ‘Sergei ‘. He is a gem. One in millions may be. Will always stay there in my future trips.

We were there for the New Year 2022. A great place to celebrate the New Year. Beautiful and in the very center of Moscow. We were greeted wonderfully, the child was given a gift, and the car could be parked in the yard. We had a large, quiet and very beautiful room. Thanks to the Russo Balt Hotel for the New Year's atmosphere. We'll be back.

In short: a ruined romantic evening with my husband😡 we arrived after a working day, took a long time to choose a hotel and, to our misfortune, chose this place. The hotel does not correspond to the declared 5*😡 on a number of issues, and if I can close my eyes to many things, but not to the lack of “24-hour” room service!!! Moreover, it is indicated in all brochures, including in the rooms!!! You can see it in the photo. To my question “where can I find the room service menu?” They answered me at ease, “but we don’t have it, the restaurant closed at 23:00 and you can’t order anything.” My husband and I regularly stay in hotels in Moscow, choosing rooms of the category that are clearly not economy, and 5-star hotels. But this is the first time I have such disappointment 😡😡😡
