The hotel is nice, the girl at the front desk is well behaved, and the girl in the swimming pool is also obedient, but I have to give Ctrip a big bad review! The hotel location was wrong! It located directly in the middle of the road. I took a taxi and it could only locate the Chinese restaurant next to it. It started to rain heavily after I got off the car ☔️. My luggage was all wet. It happened to be at night and I walked for a while before I found the hotel. I strongly suggest you use the Russian name instead of the English name. The navigation is not easy to guide. I will never use Ctrip to book a hotel again. If you change the itinerary, you can't get a refund, not a single cent! I used Ostrovok to book other hotels directly. I could book them first and pay when I got to the hotel. The good thing is that this hotel is a good hotel. I am a Chinese and there are not too many bad people there. Except that the facilities are a little old, the service girls are very cute, well-behaved and obedient. I could swim, have a sauna and a spa. The breakfast was delicious too! Впечатление не очень. Спа не работает, телевизор тоже. В номере пыль. Раньше останавливался, было намного лучше. Просил на ресепшене воду принести в номер, забыли или забили. Пока не позвонил, через час, еще и заплатил около 500 рублей.

Главное преимущество отеля это конечно же местоположение. До красной площади пешком минут 20 через Сретенку одно удовольствие прогуливаться. Номер в классическом стиле, как и вся гостиница. Удобный матрас и подушки. Тихо, так как гостиница расположена во дворе. Завтрак разнообразный. Гостиницу однозначно буду советовать своим друзьям/знакомым, соотношение цена-качество полностью себя удовлетворяет!
