The hotel is in old Soviet style. Although the facilities are not as new as those of modern business hotels, the high ceiling makes up for the lack of light. Staying at the hotel was, as always, a pleasure. Beautiful, clean, cozy. Tea set, toiletries in the bathroom and a robe/slippers are always a nice bonus. Conveniently located, all praise, Mayakovskaya and Tverskaya metro stations are nearby. Polite staff. Price-quality is excellent. On the 7th floor there is a mini museum about the history of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Polite and helpful staff, the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, towels, bathrobe, bed linen were constantly changed. There was a normally working refrigerator in the room, water, tea, coffee were put every day. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant "Cloud". Fully corresponds to the price quality of services. Everything else is good. I've stayed here many times. But there was a really rude concierge. He helped with the luggage and he always asked me for a tip when I stayed here before (actually he didn't even move my luggage for me. I pushed it there myself and I took it out myself). This time my friend thought he left something in the lobby and when he found it later, he cursed loudly. Of course not all concierges are like this. Another one was very good and I tipped him actively.
