Booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child(11 years old), mistakenly have chosen one bed for adults instead of twin beds. Had to contact c-trip support and the hotel at the same time to exchange the bed type. Received the confirmation letter that it’s possible.Everything seemed to be settled. Coming into the room, ok, one bed for two adults… There was a sofa in the room for a child,sincere thanks to hotel for that. But when at the reception we asked for a blanket, not even a quilt, but a thin blanket for a child, the receptionist replied “I will think about it”. Eventually the child ended up sleeping under two coats. Is that even humane?! Why would you allow +1 as a child but won’t provide even with a blanket.
