Я очень часто путешествую и имею возможность сравнивать отели, в этом было плохо практически все. Плюс только расположению. Начать с заселения, кровати были не готовы, не застелены и после 6-ти часового перелета мы не смогли даже прилечь. В комнате постоянно стоял запах канализации из ванной, дверь в которую не закрывалась, т.к. замок был сломан. В ванной не было мыла! Сказали, что оно не предусмотрено. Очень странно, там не моют руки??? Не было держателя для лейки душа, всего 1 крючок для полотенца, никакой полки. В номере, когда кровать все же застелили, простынь была короче матраса. В двухместном номере была всего 1 вешалка и 1 чашка для чая. В общем этот отель я бы рекомендовала тем, кто хочет испортить себе поездку. 5 тыс в сутки, которые я заплатила, явно слишком высокая цена для такого ужасного номера.

Уютный отель очень понравился мне))обстановка комфортная все в пешей необходимости не далеко. Комфортный отель все обставленно хооош))не могу сказать ничего лишнего кроме хороших слов🤘👍стаф прекрасный и все очень хорошо🥰🥰🥰

Все понравилось. В номере не было тапочек, но по запросу сразу принёс администратор. Аккуратные номера. Администраторам спасибо, реагировали на все запросы как на свои. Очень хорошая локация, думаю вернусь.

Очень классное расположение у отеля, практически на Смоленской набережной, также рядом Старый и Новый Арбат. В номере не было халатов, но принесли по первому запросу и угостили вкусным кофе. Ребята на ресепшн - молодцы!

Прекрасный отель в центре Москвы ! располагается рядом с Новым Арбатом Уютно , чисто , комфортно , замечательное обслуживание , вежливый персонал , быстро заселили , ответили на все вопросы Вернемся сюда снова ! ))
