The hotel is located 7-10 minutes from the Pushkinskaya/Chekhovskaya/Tverskaya stations. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to TSUM, Kuznetsky Most, Bolshoi Theater. Definitely the best quality hotel. The girls at the reception are friendly and polite. The hotel is on the ground floor and when you open the window of the room you can hear and see people walking. It is a little scary that someone can climb into the room through the windows, because there is no grate on them. There is no air conditioning in the room either and you are faced with a choice of either dying from stuffiness, or from someone who climbs into you at night through an open window. Breakfast in the photo, not very thick, but in principle you can eat. There were some products in the refrigerator, but I'm not sure if they were for shared use, since there were no tags with names as is usually the case in hostels. There is a washing machine and an ironing board with an iron, which is certainly good. The last minus is that the shower and toilet are not in your room and you have to go to them along the corridor in front of the hotel administrator. There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the common areas, everything was always clean and tidy. If you are traveling on business and need to spend a couple of nights so that you are in the immediate center of the city, then I recommend it!

The provided comfort room did not match the description. The location is in the basement. The room is small (don't believe the 17 sq. m. indicated on the website) the width of the room is the width of the bed and a couple of meters to the door. There are not even bedside tables (there is simply no room for them)

Замечательная гостиница! Приятный дизайн, сделано со вкусом. Безпречный сервис. Номер чистый, уютный. В номере есть все: тапки, халат, фен, чистые мягкие полотенца, вайфай. Чайная станция: вода, кофе, сливки, чай, сахар, мёд. В номере есть ароматический диффузор. Приятно, свежо пахнет номер. Администраторы гостиницы очень приветливые, вежливые, доброжелательные. В коридоре есть кофемашина, сладости. Выражаю благодарность руководству за создание такой комфортной гостиницы. Очень довольна проживанием и что выбрала именно эту гостиницу. Расположение тоже очень радует. 5-7 минут от Красной площади. Уверена, я ещё вернусь к вам и буду рекомендовать друзьям.

Очень приятный, небольшой, уютный мини-отель. Чуткий персонал, откликались на все просьбы. Как и куда пройти, заказ такси и тд. Видно что все новое, был недавно ремонт, приятно было что везде смарт-тв. Тапочки, вода, Вайфай, кофе, все есть в номере. Говорят что кафе еще скоро откроют. Рекомендую!

Приехали 5 мая 2023 смотрели отзывы. Реальность ужас! Идет ремонт. Даже не предупредили. Подвальное помещение. Рядом Петровка 17 4 звезды лучше туда. А строение 5 это просто ужас. Сверлят до самого вечера. Двери просто пни они и откроются. Отдых подпорчен.

Мы приехали сюда первый раз в сентябре на день города. И приезжали второй раз в начале января, потому что отель нам очень понравился Приветливый персонал, идеальная чистота. Отель находится прямо в центре, всё в шаговой доступности. 5 минут до метро Театральная. В любое время доступна кухня, где есть чайник, микроволновка, кофемашина, холодильник. За такие небольшие деньги это лучшее, что можно найти) Рекомендуем!!!
