The location of the apartment hotel is good. There are many places to eat below. I just feel that the hotel is not cost-effective. Bath towels and bed sheets are changed for free within 7 days. Additional fees are required for replacement at other times. The waiter said that all services need to be paid. Breakfast is in cooperation with a music bar next to it. There are only 2 options for a very simple breakfast.

俄羅斯住黑旅館是什麼體驗，莫斯科市中心新阿爾巴特大街15號 一家攜程上標註四星級的酒店，每晚780元的房費。 14號降落莫斯科坐了網約車到酒店，一陣等待後給了房間，上到1601 一打開門發現裏面住了一個小夥子，還好沒有脱光那種，尷尬了幾分鐘，對方怒氣沖沖，解釋給他聽前台給我的開門卡。 之後我下樓去找前台問罪，得到的回覆是不小心把我的房間給了別人，今天沒房啦。
我説怎麼可以這樣，必須給我解決，前台一頓電話找他們經理，終於半小時後答應先給開另外一種三卧室的套房暫時住一晚，明早再讓我搬過去原本預訂的那種房型。結果住在臨時的房間裏半夜2點盡然有人在隔壁玩低音炮音響，害的我被吵醒，衹好換去另外一個卧室
第二天終於住到了自己定的房間， 兩晚過後發現白天沒有人打掃房間的，去到前台詢問，被告知酒店4天打掃一次如果希望提前打掃要付款50美元， 我驚訝為什麼攜程沒有提醒這些， 問前台至少可以給我補充一些洗漱用品吧， 答應了我會安排，結果兩天後自然沒送來。
最可怕的是號稱市中心四星級的酒店浴室裏好多問題， 住了4天毛巾衹有一套，洗髮水用完了也不給，淋浴間不排水，給前台説了幾次都被忽視。

一行四人訂了二間單卧室公寓，電話和攜程確認客廳裏有沙發床，二個男生分別可以睡卧室和客廳。於是就下單，攜程也説幫我和酒店確認了。下了飛機第一時間到酒店，見圖一，是幾個酒店共用的樓，唯一我們預訂的那家居然沒有接待人員。也沒任何留言，等了半天才有一個男生出來，再給了護照簽證入住，果然和我擔心的一樣，沙發床沒有給我們鋪，另外一間朝大街，到晚上2點還有摩託呼嘯而過，一個月晚上吃了一粒半思諾思都沒睡着。聯繫了攜程，攜程叫我們等着，我們已經很餓了，出去吃飯，攜程留言説已經説好，回去和前台説下，吃好飯回去，換了一個女的，問了她，她説根本就不知道這件事，然後頭都不抬。回房再聯繫攜程，繼續等着，過了一會，這個女的來了，很不耐煩，意思是你們自己不會弄啊，其實她都研究了半天在我們配合下才拉開沙發床，於是她就走了，走之前指了下儲藏室裏的被子，意思你們自己鋪床。另外由於共用電梯，電梯總是很忙，而且很慢。唯一好的就是附近比較熱鬧，廚房設備還算全。不過近2百多美金的價格也不便宜啊

首先地理位置可以，後面就是阿爾巴特大街，大街上有個換盧布的地方也很方便。出了酒店一直往右邊走750米就是地鐵口。房間配備齊全，還有洗碗機，就是不會用😂。屋內很暖和，窗外風景也不錯。樓下左手邊有一家台灣人開的中餐廳味道不錯。還有土耳其捲餅，奶茶店，化粧品店，商場。再往前有個超市，裏面也有熱食，吃飯比較方便，也可以買點蝦和醬油自己回來煮着吃。前台服務貼心，英語也很好。入住還有中文説明。
