Naturally, there was a scandal, we went to another hotel, checked in perfectly without saving our scans, using the provided passports and filled out forms. It’s very interesting, but the owner of this establishment knows how his employees communicate with clients, and that there are regulations for checking into a hotel that these ladies have never heard of?! A disgrace in the 21st century!

Прямо на входе военный комиссариат всём принудительно раздаёт повестки. Оплата только наличными и об этом сообщают в день заселения. Лежу вторую неделю с годовалым ребёнком в НИИ Урологии. Из Владикавказа прилетел муж, чтобы помочь. При заселении в отель выдали повестку даже не заглянув в военный билет. Пока ехал в такси позвонили и сказали, что оплата только наличными.

Отвратительные впечатления от отеля, в основном из за абсолютно хамского отношения на ресепшне и невозможности попасть в свой же оплаченный номер. Никому не рекомендую пользоваться услугами этого отеля
