Great location - walking distance to Red Square and metro station, nice clean room, towels and toiletries were replaced daily, mini fridge in room was very useful and so was the communal kitchen with water, tea and coffee provided, no English spoken by staff but we used a translator app to communicate. We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 4. Bad points - was a little hard to find.

From the metro a few minutes in a straight line to the entrance to the arch. Entrance to the entrance via a high staircase, and further to the fourth floor without an elevator. The room was clean, good mattresses and linens. Towels, slippers, hairdryer, gel, shampoo, soap, cups, kettle, refrigerator, TV in the room. Windows to a quiet courtyard, audibility with the next room is good, but there is a rule of silence. There is a water cooler in the corridor, a sink, dishes, microwave, tea, coffee, sugar in the common kitchen. There is a Spar grocery store nearby, where you can buy ready-made meals. The main plus is the location in the city center: 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to Red Square and other sights of Moscow.

Terrible hotel, although it is not a hotel!!! We lived on Maroseyka 13 building 2. When we made the reservation, we were not warned that this was a smelly hostel located in the basement of a residential building! The room itself stinks terribly of toilets, antiques and dirt. In the room itself, you can see that it has not been cleaned for a very long time! Garbage from past guests was left in the bedside tables and buckets, just a layer of dust under the bed. The air conditioning in the rooms does not work, although a split system was declared. Garbage was not collected for two days. Here are the mattresses! When you lie on them, the springs dig in. The bed linen is all stained and tattered! Walls, it seems that they are not there at all! So subtle that we heard the receptionist discussing us! In general, if you do not want to spoil your holiday experience, avoid this place!

Еле нашли: очень маленькая вывеска, которую не разглядеть. Из минусов: лифта нет, с чемоданами поднимались пешком на 4 этаж, комната нуждается в ремонте (ламинат в комнате, плитка в душевой, дверь душевой кабины), вода качается через насос с жутким звуком при пользовании сан.узлом, двор опасный: постоянно какие-то сомнительные личности там находились, здесь же бар с бешеной музыкой, визгами и криками до утра. Гигиенические средства (гель, шампунь) однократно при заселении (но выдали по просьбе), чай-кофе тоже нужно просить, в номере нет. Откуда-то тянуло куревом, в комнате прохладно. Из плюсов: вежливая, услужливая женщина на ресепшене, вкусный завтрак, есть одноразовые тапочки. Центр в 15 минутах ходьбы.

Все хорошо , за исключением, тонких стен, слышимость очень высокая. Их плюсов то, что окна не выходят на проезжую часть.В душевой отсутствовали дверь, фен, шампунь. Спасибо администратору, все принесли, кроме двери.

Прекрасное место для тех кто работает в центре Москвы. Да и для отдыха тоже рекомендую. Чисто,уютно, внимательно относятся к постояльцам. Есть мини кухня. Номер был на одно, но кровать большая. В ванной есть все.

Нам очень понравился отель тепло, чисто, уютно, красиво. Останавливались на 4 дня с детьми. В отеле есть кухня можно разогреть еду, помыть посуду, есть кулер с водой. Близко к метро, можно пешком дойти до красной площади, рядом магазины, кафе, столовые. Заботливый и вежливый администратор.
