только два важных минуса изза которых цена просто должна быть хоть немного ниже.
1. неудачная система водостока создает неприятные звуки и кислый запах. (я его теперь называю "пердящий" отель)
2. хоть бы вешелок для полотенца добавили.

Заселение было очень нудно и медленное ) завтрак ужас , если заказывать в этом отеле номер , лучше не берите завтрак, он ужасен , завтра утром принесли как сухой поек , жалко не сфотографировала. Не рекомендую для путешествий, и отдых с семьей) командированным удобно ! Ок

The receptionist (a man, Sergei, hope he doesn't work there anymore) was exceptionally rude. The "restaurant" is a sad set of dark grey tables and chairs in the reception area. The walls are the same dark grey color which makes for a very depressing ambience. And the one thing one should expect to be fantastic, which is the location, turned out to be a disappointment too, because the entrance to the hotel is so discreet you can't notice it unless you know what it looks like, and when you call the reception to ask them for instructions on how to get there, they never answer. Add to it the fact that the shower had a huge draft and they forgot to give us coffee (which was promised in our reservation) and toilet paper (come on, is it too much to ask?). Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

The room is clean but very small, differs from the photo on the site in times, narrow passages along the edges of the bed, if you sit at the table you can not open the door to the toilet and bath. Breakfasts are delicious, but the portions are small, they do not cook themselves, they bring by delivery, however, they were always warm. The overall impression is good, the hotel is located near the center, in 40 minutes walking you can reach the Red Square, the metro is nearby on foot 10 minutes. The administration is not interested in the return of customers at all, stayed at the hotel for work upon receipt did not give confirmation documents, apparently they did not understand at the reception, scans were sent and only because there was a responsible guy, but with the originals everything is more difficult for 2 months of letters to the head office and no reaction, they just do not answer and that's it. We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays from a travel agency. The hotel is 4 stars, but in reality 0 stars. The staff does not know how many stars their hotel has... There are many food outlets next to the hotel... all this smell is in the room... the hoods from the food outlets were buzzing loudly and could be heard in the room. It felt like we were living in some kind of pancake house - the smell is simply unbearable. Breakfasts are a C (not everything was tasty). Breakfasts are brought to the room in a delivery bag... in the photos of the hotel, the breakfast service seemed completely different - embellished. The room was cleaned almost every day. They changed towels, gave out shampoos and shower gel. The only plus of this hotel is the close metro and a large, comfortable bed. The pillows are uncomfortable.

Расположение очень удобное, рядом метро, вокзал, автобусы. На этом все преимущества отеля заканчиваются! На этажах стойкий запах курева, в номере воняет грязным закисшим ковровым покрытием. На постельном белье были обнаружены волосы, по столу и тумбочкам носятся чешуйницы!!! Эти же чешуйницы присутствуют в огромном количестве в санузле. В душевой вода не уходит, кругом плесень. Завтраки - вообще отдельная тема: абсолютно несъедобная творожная запеканка, к тому же еще и соленая. Ну и крайне недоброжелательные администраторы, которые смотрят на гостей, как на бомжей в доме приюта. Не посоветую никому здесь останавливаться, даже на одну ночь.
