This is probably one of the few hotels in Russia where I had a bad experience.
Service: Check-in should be the fastest one among all the hotels I stayed in Moscow, which is a good point. The hotel room was well-maintained.
Environment: The location in the central area of Moscow CBD is quite good, and the hotel environment also meets the 4-star standard.
